Well, let's see if my computer decides to work for me today. Yesterday I had an entire chapter written and I actually thought it was fairly good and then BAM my computer decides to delete everything I typed without saving. Needless to say, I was pissed. So, I'm going to try to redo this as close to the one I typed yesterday as possible. Here is chapter 2.

"Sorry again" his smooth voice said for about the third time.

"It's really fine" I replied as I walked  around him to get inside to the shop. I looked around me, this was my happy place. It looked like they had gotten a lot of new albums in stock since the last time I was here, which was about 2 days ago.

I brushed my fingers over the various albums occasionally picking one up to take a closer look at it. One really caught my eye. It was an old Jimmy Eat World album. This must have just gotten in today. Usually these only lasted a matter or hours sometimes even minutes when they were put on the shelf. This particular one was an older one that I was not familiar with. I picked it up and was mesmerised by the artwork that covered the front of the album.

I noticed a hand to my left reach around me to pick up the record next to the one I was looking at. I just ignored it and continued looking at mine. I flipped it over to read the track listings and heard a voice speak up from my left, where the hand had come from.

"That's a really amazing album" his husky voice said. My head snapped up to meet those same beautiful bright green eyes that I briefly saw earlier. I got a better look at his face this time. His dark shaggy black hair fell just above his bright green eyes. He was really cute. I smiled.

"Really? I like their music but, I haven't heard this one yet" I said motioning to the record in my hands.

A smile formed on his face. "It's incredible" he started "really good lyrics." "This" he said as his brushed against mine to point his finger at one of the song titles "is my favorite song of all time." He was still smiling down at me.

"Well, I guess I'm just going to have to take your word for that." I turned to walk away before turning back around to say "Thanks."

"No way" I heard him gasp from behind me. I quickly turned on my heal to see what he was talking about to find him staring at my shirt.

"You like You Me At Six?" he asked excitedly putting emphasis on you like he was surprised to see I liked them. I looked down and realized that I was wearing the shirt I had gotten on their last tour. I looked back up at him and smiled.

"Of course" I said. "Who doesn't" I said now realizing that I had completely turned back around to face him.

"Wait, wasn't their last tour in the UK though?" he asked raising an eyebrow at me looking slightly confused.

I gave him a playful smile and said "yeah, it was an early Christmas present last year."

"You are so lucky" he said. "They are one of my favorite bands. You obviously have good taste in music" he smirked.

"So I've been told" I said sarcastically. I suddenly realized how close we were. In the couple of minutes we were talking I had closed the space between us. Now, I was almost looking directly up to see his face.

He looked away for a second and then back to me "you know if we keep talking, we're going to be here all day."

"Right" I said. I quickly snapped my mouth shut and averted my gaze from his eyes. I hope I was the only one who caught the disappointment in my voice. How could that disappoint me? He obviously didn't want to talk anymore. You just met him about a half and hour ago.
