THE LEGEND OF THE ZANALIAN CRYSTALS

CHAPTER TWO

A.N-- try reading the capitalized words as loud and angrily as you can.

"I'm so excited can you believe it guys" Jordan asked excitedly

"yes Jordan you've said it a million times this morning" Tania responded rolling her eyes and continued picking her nails.

"you don't seem as excited as I thought"Jordan added "this is the ZANALIAN crystals were talking about it's here in the academy"

"i don't see why it's such a big deal"Laila said and continued stalking the swords

"because my dad, a prime minister of this academy told me that there's only two crystals in the case"Jordan said he always brags about his father being a prime minister "i can take the mystic one and Laila takes whatever other colour crystal there is"

"mee? i don't want any crystals, their really powerful you know "Laila said as she arranged the shields and dust the suits of armours

"relax lai, the mystic one's really powerful and that's why ill be taking it, the rest are just extras"Jordan answered proudly

"you know dose crystals pick their owners, you can't just pick one by your self " Tania responded

"You See I'm the best warrior in this academy which is why the best crystal will be choosing me"Jordan answered

"you know i think Laila's a better warrior than YOU!!! and she doesn't go around spitting it in people's faces" Tania responded angrily increasing her voice at every word

"that's a lie, I'm the best warrior there is "Jordan yelled back and they continued bickering as they always do

"okay that's enough, Jordan your the best warrior there is okay"Laila answered, she always supports Jordan, she didn't want to upset her crush, she pushes him gently towards the door "now how about you go to your room and start practicing your speech"

"What speech" Jordan asked

"you know the speech your going to speak when the crystal chooses you"Laila answered and Jordan left to get started on his speech

"were not even sure the crystals going to pick him"Tania said

"well the crystal came here, who else would it pick"Laila asked

"well I don't know maybe YOU!" Tania shouted

"definitely not me maybe you"Laila answered

"but you'll make a great- "Tania responded but Laila cuts in

"Okay I'm done with the weapons now to head to the dining room and wash the break fast dishes"Laila said to herself and jogged off to the dinning room.

"........and now the moment you've all been waiting for, knight Jordan the great will step forward and pull out the mystic ZANALIAN crystal"the announcer announced and Jordan stepped forward specially dressed for the occasion.

The ZANALIAN crystals teleport's to its owner and with the slightest contact with the skin of the person the crystal chooses it comes out of it's protective case.

Jordan pulled and pulled with all his might but it didn't come out

"his not the chosen one" someone yelled from the crowd of students

"let someone else try"another person yelled

"SHUT UP!! ALL OF YOU SHUT UP!!! I'M THE BEST KNIGHT, THE GREATEST WARRIOR AND THE CHOSEN ONE I MUST HAVE THE MYSTIC ZANALIAN CRYSTAL" Jordan yelled at crowd in frustration and continued pulling the crystal. But by accident he touched the red ZANALIAN crystal and it appeared in his hands ever one was shocked to silence.

But just then the south Wall was broken from the outside and a trop of armed warriors came running in.

"

find the ZANALIAN crystals, kill anyone who tries to stop you" the leader of the attacking warriors announced and every one ran helter skelter trying to hide while the rest were looking for weapons.

"any last words little girl"a knight asked as he points his sword to Laila's neck, she was sitting on the floor and she crawls backwards slowly until she hit a table she couldn't move back anymore she looked up and saw the ZANALIAN crystals on the table, she stretched her hands to pick it up but the warrior pocked his sword into her stomach is she dead?? There was a little life in her and she stretched her hand further and the tip of her finger touched the mystic ZANALIAN crystal.

But then a mysterious surge of power pass though her body and she came back with all her wounds healing and the mystic ZANALIAN crystal glowing in her hand.

"the mystic crystal chooses Laila" Tania screamed in excitement as the attackers Stared at Laila in alarm, she looks at the crystal in surprise, stands up and then points it to the broken wall and whispers to herself "make them leave" and like magic all the invading knights were floating towards the broken wall and back to were they came from and the wall was back to normal.
But Laila turns around and find everyone staring at her.
