"Why don't you recognize I'm so rare?" ****************************** "Nik, why do you always do that?" I ask while laughing lightly. "Do what exactly?" He asks
"The shaking thing, where you get anxious, but you don't want to admit that you're anxious." I say and he chuckles while grabbing my hand and then focuses on the road.
"That's because there are a coven of witches that are basically threatening us and the only reason we're not halfway across the world right now is because your friend is in danger." He says and I smile at him adoringly
"Nik... I love you so much." I say looking at him lovingly
"And I love you." He says and kisses my cheek softly then focuses on the road. *********************** "So... we're meeting Elijah... where?" I ask him and shrugs
"Go, to the quarter and I'll meet you." He says and I nod making my way to the quarter where I see Elijah talking to someone in yellow, who is beautiful might I add.
I follow them from a far, making sure I'm not going to be noticed as the witch shows him to Jane-Anne, who's dead might I add.
All of a sudden, I hear loud voices coming down the street and the witch is trying to get him to hide.
Ariana, come." Elijah says and I come out of the shadows and he grabs me by the waist and he speeds us to a balcony
"Well, well, well. What have we here? I got to tell you, soph, this street corner is not proving the luckiest spot for your family tonight." Marcel says and I'm shocked that it's him that killed Jane-Anne.
I walk down towards them and smack marcel in the head.
He bares his vampire teeth at me and I chuckle
"Wow, scary Mar, maybe show more red eye next time." I say chuckling and he laughs hugging me and then notices my bump and ring.
"Wow, who's the lucky guy?" He asks
"You'll find out soon enough." I say kissing his cheek. **************** I transport to Nik and he smiles at me brightly and kisses my lips, I grab his face in my hands kissing his ear, I then move down to his neck pecking it softly.
"We're not separating anymore, an hour is way too long." I say and he nods packing my lips one more time and grabs my hand as we walk hand in hand until I get a feeling that we should find Elijah.
I shrug it off and look over at Nik who's already looking at me so I smile over at him lovingly and he pulls me closely to him and kisses my cheek while rubbing my pregnant belly.
