Reigning Pain in New Orleans

~1 MONTH LATER~

I've been avoiding everyone since I got here, that is until a little birdy told me about Katherine taking over Elena's body because she apparently died? I've missed a lot, but then again I've been so far up Nik's ass while he was giving some other bitch attention.

So, here I am walking into the Salvatore house and when they all see me, they glare hatefully.

"Calm down, I'm here to help and apologize because I was never the way I was when I was with Niklaus, and although that doesn't make up for the shit I put you through...I can enchant the knife you're going to use to kill Katherine, so she'll be going straight to hell." I mumble and they all look at each other smiling and nodding.

They hand me the knife and I mumble the spell I've been memorizing for a few days now, and when It's finished, it turns red.

"All done, oh and Stefan...You have to be the one to kill her unless you want me to kill her...I'd love that." I smile and Stefan chuckles.

The door bursts open and Katherine walks through the door like she's the one in charge of something like we have your daughter and you still want to be the boss so bad.

"I'm here to see my daughter." She says and I scoff  at the attitude she came up in here with.

"We know, I mean isn't that the reason you guys took her?" I ask and they all chuckle lightly

Katherine sat on the couch where Nadia was lying down and grabbed her hand, she's trying hard not to show any emotions and I applaud her for that, I would've been having a panic attack by now.

"You came back for me." Nadia says sadly as she looks at her mother

"I won't leave you again." And although I said the knife was spelled, it is but for Katherine to jump into another body, I know...These people think that I would just forgive them.

I kneeled next to Katherine and grabbed her hand giving her a link.

"I can save you...I spelled the knife they are going to stab you with, there's another doppelgänger I found and spelled for you to automatically jump into her body, I'm going to transport Nadia out of here in a couple of seconds and give her my blood which can heal werewolf wounds, ok?" I question in our mindlink, but we just look like we're talking to Nadia.

She nods her head at something Nadia says, but mouths "yes" to me and I smile brightly, motioning her to back up and get off of Nadia, I grab Nadia's hand while smiling at her and transport her to Nik's old house that I'm staying at.

I put some of my blood in a cup, and make her drink it to which she sighs in relief.

"You saved me, but what about my mother?" She asks frantically

"I saved your mother, but listen the girl's body that I gave her is a hybrid, a rare kind at that, vampire and phoenix, once she comes to get you, you two run like hell and dont look back at mystic falls, these people here are selfish and as long as Elena Gilbert is alive and thriving, they're ok with anyone dying, even their own.

I arrive back to New Orleans, the city looks alive as always but once I get to the house shared by Rebekah, Elijah, Haley, Niklaus, and I...I'm rendered speechless.
