Ch 7: Reinforcements

Your P.O.V.

Our campaign against the Vice Kings was off to a good start now that we've taken Prawn Court. I was going for a morning walk around Saints Row before Johnny called me. But when I turned a corner I saw a few policemen arresting several other saints.

Then one of them turned around and saw me before taking out some sort of photo and then showed it to one of his partners. I decided that it was best to get out of there as fast as I could as I heard a couple cops chase after me.

Cop: Stop in the name of the law!

Y/n: Fuck you, you god damn dirty pig!

Suddenly, my phone started to ring so, not caring who it was, I answered.

Johnny: Hey man, I don't know if it's quota time or what, but the cops are leaning down hard on is.

Y/n: I noticed, I got a couple chasing me right now.

Johnny: Well you should hurry up and get off the streets. Hold on. What?!

I could hear someone else with Johnny but it was to muffled so I couldn't make out what he said.

Johnny: Are you kidding me?! Those Fucking cocksuckers.

Y/n: What's wrong Johnny?

Johnny: Alright change of plans, looks like the Kings are trying to take back Tanya's old digs as we speak. I need you to get over there cause your the only help they're getting.

Y/n: Got it!

With that I hung up and, after hiding in an alley, got away from the cops. Then I made my way to Prawn Court to help the other saints. When I got there the entire neighborhood looked like a war zone. I started to make my way around the area and started taking out all the Vice Kings. It was a good thing that there was only a few lieutenants to deal with in the area.

Afterwards I heard an explosion near the Brothel and made my way there. Johnny was right because the Vice Kings were swarming the other saints. So I started to eliminate the remaining Vice Kings and we managed to reclaim Prawn Court.

Saint #1: Thanks man!

Saint #2: Yeah, if you didn't show up we'd all be dead.

Y/n: No problem, and stay safe out guys. I have a feeling the Vice Kings will come back harder now.

Saint #1: Got it Y/n!

After I left the Brothel I called Johnny to tell him what happened.

Y/n: Johnny, it's done.

Johnny: Man you got some great timing. I just got word Tanya will be at the abandoned shivington police station in a few days.

Y/n: Think that's gonna be enough time to come up with a plan?

Johnny: Maybe, but I know the next step against the Kings is gonna be to take that bitch out.

Y/n: Alright!

With that I made my way to my apartment. And this time I had to take the long way to make sure I wouldn't be followed. I also had a feeling in my gut that both the police and the Kings attacking was no coincidence. I would have to ask Dex to see if he could look into it after we deal with Tanya.
