「ᴘᴏssᴇssɪᴠᴇɴᴇss」

Jimin's P.O.V

    The first fifteen minutes of Jimin and Jongin practicing is oddly quiet. Jimin can feel  the tension in the air, and it's making him nervous. Jongin dances with a straight face, rarely looking into Jimin's eyes. 

    At a certain step though, where the two are supposed to walk closely and look into eachother's eyes, Jongin takes hold of Jimin's hips, stilling his movements. 

That is not in the choreography.

    Jongin stops walking and the music continues as they are just standing there. Jimin doesn't dare to move, Jongin's eyes piercing into his.

    "Why did you cancel our date?" Jongin asks, but it comes out more like a demand.

    "I..." Jimin tries to find a way to express it to make Jongin understand and not get mad, "I realised that it would be wrong for me to date you when I have feelings for someone else." he continues carefully.

    Jimin tries to remove Jongin's hands from his hips, but to no avail. Jongin squints his eyes slightly.

    "Who?" Jongin questions.

    Jimin knows that he will find out eventually. Judging by how fast it took for the students outside school to spread the word, he is surprised that Jongin doesn't know already.

    "Jungkook." Jimin states.

    Jongin raises his eyebrows, an amused look taking over his face and he chuckles. Jimin frowns at that.

    "Jeon Jungkook? As in your brother's best friend? That's hilarious." Jongin continues chuckling, obviously amused.

    "What's so funny?" Jimin asks, confused and a little anxious.

    "Do you seriously think that's going to work? From what I've seen, Jeon is a player. Don't you think that he'll grow tired? And what happens if you break up? Are you going to force your brother to stop talking to his own best friend? That's a little selfish, don't you think?" Jongin says.

    Jimin feels like Jongin punched him in the face, all his insecurities mashed into it. He pushed Jongin off of him in a harsh move and glares at him.

    "What are you trying to do? Get me to give up on Jungkook so you can get your date?" Jimin questions, hurt evident in his voice.

    "Just stating the facts." Jonging shrugs, "I'm going to make you mine, though. I love a challenge once in a while." he continues.

    Jimin cannot believe what he is hearing. Is this all a game to him?

    "You won't succeed, Jongin, so please don't start anything in vain. I belong to Jungkook, and I won't give him up for anyone." Jimin says, desperate to make Jongin let this go.

    "We'll see about that." Jongin says, smirking slightly.

    Jimin sighs in frustration. He doesn't need this. He just want to enjoy being with the one he has dreamed of having for so long. He doesn't want to see Jongin more today.

    "I've had enough. You're getting on my nerves. Let's practice more some other time." Jimin states and walks out of the room to change back to his normal clothes.

    At lunch, the group of seven has purposefully sat down outside and as far away from others as possible, considering the gossip going around about Jungkook dating Jimin. That doesn't stop Jungkook from sitting as close to Jimin as possible, though.
