Boram stood in the school's dance room, her class inside, stretching for today's class. Her teacher had arrived prior, noting that she wouldn't be present due to a meeting with the school board so she allowed the students to use their time for either studying purposes or to practice for the upcoming festival in a few days. The JYP artist sighed, lightly stretching as she moved over to the stereo inside the room. The majority of her classmates chose to study, those wanting to practice was the dance team; Helping Hand and her friends. "Boram!" the girl turned and faced the voice who had called her, Youngji. The girl had a smile on her face as she peeked her head through the open window. "Are you dancing at the festival? With ITZY?" she asked excitedly as Boram shifted awkwardly in her spot. "Can't wait for it!" she continued to squeal.
"Yah! Ahnie, come teach me this move," Huijun called out from a few feet away from the two girls. Boram lets a relief sigh and smiles sheepishly at Youngji, bowing slightly as she walked over to him, giving him a short hug as a thank you before actually teaching him the dance move he struggled with. "Hey, why are you so against performing for the festival?" Huijun asked as the two walked over to Minjae and Gayoon who were resting.
"I wonder as well, you're a magnificent performer Ramie," Gayoon agreed as Minjae nodded as well. Boram sighs and shifts her weight to her left leg, arms crossing in front of her chest as she bit her lower lip. "Did something happen with the members?"
"No," Boram began, struggling to explain how she was feeling. "I just- I don't know," she sighed feeling the frustration getting to her. "I'm going to make a quick call," she told her friends, grabbing her phone and exiting the room with a frown.
Gayoon frowns, worried about the girl she now called her best friend. "I wonder what's going on with her, she normally loves performing," she began, looking back at her phone, trying to find a song to perform for the festival.
"Hm, I think I have an idea," Huijun said, lightly frowning as he stared at the doorway where Boram had exited. "I just hope she'll find it again."
"Find what?" "Her confidence."
After a few minutes, Boram came back into the room, a slight smile on her face as she moved towards her friends. "Feeling better?" the girl smiles and nods, taking a sit to help Gayoon find a song for her performance. "What are you doing for the festival?" Minjae asked.
"That's a surprise Mr Song," Boram playfully shoved him before pointing at BLACKPINK's How'd You Like That that was in Gayoon's playlist. "Go with this one, perform with Helping Hand. They're needing a new member," she softly told her best friend who smiled and thanked her for her assistance.

Boram had come to school much earlier than usual, under the request of her teacher who wished for her to make sure all the booths and everything was set up prior to any of the students coming and setting up their activities. The girl smiled as she noticed the various booths that were set up side by side and the equipment for each one, set up and clean. Slowly, students began entering the school premises, going to their respective areas to set up. "Hey Boram! This is amazing great job!" a student called out to her. This made Boram smiled and bowed, silently thanking them as she walked around the festival area, a clipboard in her arms as she checked everything was going well.
"There's our favourite girl!" she heard a familiar voice approach her. Turning the dark-haired girl comes face to face with her three best friends, the three of them dressed in their casual clothing.
"Well she's your favourite, mines Gayoon," Minjae commented, pointing at his best friend who slapped his chest, making the boy wince. His friends laughing at his pain. "So what are you doing? Being the manager?" he joked as Boram playfully glared at him.
"I told you it was a surprise," Boram said before smiling at the trio before her. "But enjoy the festival, my surprise is coming up soon!" she giggled, walking away to check her last things before she went to change. In a few minutes, after enjoying the festival planned by the student council, the trio found themselves at the stage area located towards the centre section if the entire event. Gayoon had gone to change for her performance whereas the two MCND members stood front row, enjoying the previous performances before their friend. Suddenly, Boram walks onto the stage, a small crowd from backstage cheering her on as she stood centred. "Hello everyone, I hope you enjoying the festival, the school and its students have worked incredibly hard on it," she began as she smiled at her two best friends who stood directly in front of her, their phones out and recording her. "And so, under the request of my classmates, here's the performance you all wanted," she laughed. "This is a song I wrote called What You Waiting For."
Six other girls walked onto the stage, each one giving Boram an encouraging smile before the music began and the 03 liner began singing, performing like she would for promotions. The crowd that surrounded her was cheering and recording as she sang and danced with a bright smile, clearly enjoying the stage she was doing.

After the stage, she hopped off the stage, thanking the dancer in a bow as they left to change and enjoy the remainder of the festival. "I guess that was your surprise?" Boram nods with a smile. "Glad to see you have your confidence back," Huijun patted her head as she shrugged her shoulders, the two walking to Minjae and Gayoon who still were backstage.
"Not fully but," she glanced up at him and smiled. "I'm getting there!"
