Chapter 4 - Letter

{ Y/N's POV }

"You did?" Sakura states, glancing at Tsukasa and Natsuhiko. 

I nod slowly. I can't reveal myself now... if they do let me join, I'll just leave after a week or so anyways, right?

Tsukasa grinned, floating over to me. "Guess you were interested in me too, huh?".

I blush in response; he was so close...

"Well, what do you think Tsukasa? Do we have enough room for another member?" Sakura asks.

"I'd say we do," Natsuhiko says, smirking, as he made his way closer to me.

Tsukasa pushed Natsuhiko away and looked over at Sakura.

"Of course we have room! I've always wanted a new member!".

I smile slightly.

"Welcome to the Broadcasting Club, Y/N!"

"What took you so long, Y/N?" Hanako asks me, looking curious.

School had just finished, and I went to see Hanako before I left for home.

"I got held up by my teacher... sorry".

Truth be told, I had to go to the Broadcasting Club to pick up a slip I had to fill in in order to join.

I couldn't tell Hanako that though.

I smile at Hanako. "Are you alright now?" I ask him.

He nods slowly. "Don't worry about it. Let's just forget about it..."

"Has Yashiro visited you yet?".

"She went straight home I think".

(I HAVE MY MUSIC ON SHUFFLE AND EMO BOY JUST CAME ON I-)

"Oh okay," I look into Hanako's eyes. "Nothing changes, y'know. I still love you just the way you are, okay?".

After I said it, I realised how it sounded. 

"No, wait n-not like that..." I blush and cover my face.

Hanako takes my hands in his, and moves them away from my face. He smiles at me, gripping my hands tighter. "Well I love you just the way you are".

My lips part slightly. "Hanako..." I say, blushing.

"Yes darling?".

"I-I need to go now, my Aunt might get mad if I'm really late".

He smiles again, letting go of my hands. "You better go then, c'ya tomorrow Y/N".

"Goodbye Hanako" I exit the bathroom, my face red.

Did that just happen??

I open my bedroom door, setting down the slip on my desk table.

I put my bag away, then change into some normal clothes.

Curious, I sit at my desk and pull out a pen from one of my pen pots on my desk.

It was just a regular letter.

First name, last name, address, year...

I unfold the letter, getting a look at everything on it, when a small folded piece of purple paper falls onto my desk.

Was this inside the letter?

I immediately open it. What was this? Who was it from?

It read:

"Welcome to the Broadcasting Club! Though you'll need to write out the letter first before you officially join... 

Anyway, you're really cute. Wanna go on a date sometime?~

-Natsuhiko Hyuuga <3"

I shook my head. Of course.

I flip the little purple note over to check the back, and was surprised to find something else on it.

"Ignore him, he's always like this. A weirdo.

-Sakura"

I giggle slightly. I think me and Sakura will be good friends.

No. Snap out of it! After all, you're going to be leaving the Club after a couple weeks, right?

I sigh, filling out the letter and putting both notes back into my bag.

I ran into the girls bathroom, placing my bag down.

"Hanako?" I call.

I had just arrived at school and I wanted to see him.

I heard no response for about 10 seconds, before he suddenly appears in front of me.

"Hi!" He says.

I smile. "Did I take long?" I ask.

"Not really".

I noticed something felt off about him.

"Are you alright Hanako?" I tilt my head worringly.

"You aren't keeping anything from me, are you Y/N?".

I shake my head.

"Hm, then what's this?". I look over at what Hanako was holding up.

It was the letter for the Broadcasting Club.
