Escaping from Prison/Snerz's Deal

"I don't know what is going on, right after they tossed me in palace dungeon. How didn't I know that he was a Prince, when we started with our relationships?" Sam sang while playing the invisible harmonica. "Hey! Knock it off with that blues, street rat!" The guard said banging the bars before walked away.

Sam sighed and said, "Man, I can't believe I was talking to the Prince. I even sounded so stupid to him." Then, he heard something coming from behind the wall. The wall brick was moved forward and Mr Jenkins poked his head out. Sam said happily before hugging him, "Mr Jenkins, you're here. Now let's get out of here."

Later, Sam and Mr Jenkins looked around to make sure the guards aren't around before they quietly walked down the hall. They managed to get past the guards. But unfortunately, some men who aren't the palace guards stands in front of Sam blocking his way. Sam was about to turn around, but another one blocked that way too surrounding him and Jenkins. The men walked towards Sam and grabbed him.

Moments later, Sam opened his eyes and looked around. He's in the middle of the desert. "About time you wake up." Sam turned to the man who is sitting on the rock. Sam asked, "Who are you?" Snerz said, "The name is Snerz. I worked at the palace and I do say, it is pleasure to meet this lovely man." Snerz takes Sam's hand and brings it to his lips.

Sam quickly pulled his hand back before Snerz's lips can contact and said uncomfortably, "Nice to meet you, Mr Snerz. I need to know. Why are we at the desert?" Snerz said, "A little birdie told me that you happens to be in love with a prince." He sighed and said looking down, "I do. But, I can't fall in love with him. I mean look at me. I'm a street rat and there's a law. He has to marry someone who is a royal blood."

Snerz said, "That's true. But I can help you. I can make you rich. Rich enough to impress the prince. Even more." Sam asked, "What are you getting that?" He said, "You see, my dear man, there's a magical cave called a Cave of Wonders. It has filled with treasures beyond of your wildest dreams. And it also has one of the greatest treasure. The magical lamp."

Sam asked, "But what it has to do with me? Why can't you go and get it?" Snerz said, "Because that cave won't let anyone in. Anyone who dares to go inside will get killed by its gigantic jaw. And believe me, you don't want to be that person and luckily, you aren't. You see, only the chosen one will enter the cave and you are the one. You'll go inside the Cave of Wonders and get the lamp for me. And once you give it to me, you'll get your reward. Now then, do we have a deal?" He reached out his hand for Sam's.

Sam looked at Snerz's offer hand. He wants to see Guy again and he did fall in love with him too. If what Snerz's saying is true that Sam can be rich, he won't be worry about maybe anything. Right?

Sam slowly brings his hand close to Snerz's. He almost hesitated, but close his own hand on Snerz's. "You've got yourself a deal." Sam said shaking adviser's hand.
