"Stop! Thief!"
A thief was running through the streets to get away from the palace guards. His name is Sam-I-Am. He's an orphan man who been living in the streets for years. He stole everything like money and food. He even can make your money disappear from your pockets before you can even blink.
In Sam's hand is a big bag filled with other stuff that he stole. Sam climbed up the building, but he got nowhere else to run.
"There he is, Mcwinkle! We got him!" Sam turned his head behind him and sees two guards coming towards him. McWinkle who is the chief of the palace guards said, "I'll have your head for a trophy, street rat!" Gluntz who is the rookie and McWinkle's partner said, "Give it up, Thief! You've got nowhere to run now!" Sam asked himself, "All this for the whole stack?"
He jumped off before grabbed the laundry line and swings down to the ground unharmed. Gluntz yelled, "Aw come on! You won't get away so easily!" Sam asked, "You think that was easy?" He continued running down until he got ambushed by few more guards. One of the guards said as they walked towards Sam, "It's over, Sam." Then, a Chickeraffe started jumping on them.
His name is Mr Jenkins. He's Sam's royal companion and sometimes, Sam is like a father to Jenkins.
Sam said, "Perfect timing, Mr Jenkins. I'm glad to see you." Mr Jenkins squawks happily. Sam said before he and his Chickeraffe started running, "Come on, big fella. Let's go." The two of them started to avoiding the guards.
Sam:
Gotta keep
One jump ahead of the breadline
One swing ahead of the sword
I steal only what I can't afford
That's Everything!
One jump ahead of the lawmen
That's all, and that's no joke
These guys don't appreciate I'm broke
McWinkle:
Riffraff!
Gluntz:
Street rat!
Guards:
Soundrel!
Take that!
Sam:
Just a little snack, guys
Guards:
Rip him open, take it back, guys
Sam:
I can take a hint, gotta face the facts
You're my only friend, Mr Jenkins!
