••June 30th••

"You've got to be kidding me."

Setsuna looks at her contact case and reveals she doesn't even have anymore.

Usually, she's on top of these type of things. But with all the stress recently, it's been difficult to keep up with everyday things.

"Oh, Sister-chan. You still wear glasses?" Sakaya realizes when they bump into each other.

"Yeah, and they're butt ugly on her." Suguru comments.

Setsuna sighs and pushes her glasses up.

"No, no, no, no, no." Sano enters the conversation and basically tosses the glasses off of her face. "It's embarrassing if people see you wear those."

"But, I can't see-"

"I don't care. Now hurry up, they can't be late because of your inconveniences." he tells her daughter.

Setsuna picks up her glasses and slips it into her pocket.

"I already hate today."

"Woah there."

Kuroo slightly chuckles, watching Setsuna struggle to get to her seat. Without her contacts or glasses, almost everything was blurry.

"What's up with your sister?" Kimi leans over and asks Sakaya.

"Oh, she's a little blind at the moment." she say and makes circles around her eyes with her hands.

"Why doesn't she just wear her glasses?"

Sakaya nervously chuckles, not enjoying recalling the scene that happened in front of her this morning.

"Yeah, it's complicated." Sakaya smiles.

The bell rings and their teacher immediately starts the lecture. One of the worst things, taking a college prep class.

The entire time, Setsuna kept squinting at the board.

"It's no use to ask Sakaya. I couldn't read her handwriting even if I tried." Setsuna thinks.

"Psst." she uses her pencil to poke Kuroo's back. To her surprise, it had a lot of muscle. "What does that say?"

"How about you use your eyes." Kuroo says over his shoulder.

He glances a bit more and sees her desperately squinting past him.

"Is she high?" he immediately thinks.

"Here." he whispers and effortlessly passes his notes.

"Thanks, I owe you one." she says without thinking and tries to make out what the words say.

"You most certainly do."

Setsuna finds her way to the Student Council room and spots a figure inside.
