Sorry for the late update guys.
This Chapter is dedicated to Idiazel. Thanks for always supporting and loving my story. It means a lot to me.
Ayaan's POV
"If you want me to help you in this deal and fully sponsor you, you don't have to do anything except for supervising this project then you have to divorce her," I said.
I didn't know why I wanted him to divorce her or why the hell it was troubling me knowing that she was related to him in any way at all but I just wanted her to be safe and most importantly I wanted it to be me that makes her feel safe. When I said that, their faces became blank and after a few minute's silence they both burst into laughter like I had cracked some joke. But I maintained my expression. After some time, they calmed themselves down and saw my face.
"You can't be serious," Raj said, shaking his head.
"I am very much serious and if you want this deal to happen then you have to divorce her," I stated while glaring at him. If looks could kill a person he would be dead by now.
"I am not going to give her any divorce. And you can't cancel our deal because you promised me and I fulfilled the condition of the deal as well," Raj growled at me.
What the hell does he think? Is he five years old, talking about promises? First of all, I never promised him and secondly, even if I did, what he does he think, that I can never break my promises?
"Listen to me, I have spent more than enough time wasting it on you. So, if you want this deal to happen then you are going to divorce her, or else, I am going to make sure that you wouldn't survive in New York. And you very well know that I can do this," I told him, emphasizing on each and every word.
"You can't do this. And why the fuck is that bitch getting so much importance from you?" That Ishika yelled at me. But I ignored her because if I look at her and she said something about her one more time, I might just forget that she was a girl.
"Answer quick, I don't have much time to waste," I said to Raj, tapping my wrist.
"We agree with the condition. Raj will give divorce to that bitch," Ishika replied. "But Ishika, what I am going to say to the families?" Raj protested.
"Raj, we'll manage. Don't worry," Ishika said eyeing Raj as if saying something in private. Who cares?
"Even if I agree, she won't. So, if you want to try it, go ahead," Raj smirked at me.
"You don't have to worry about that. That's my problem, not yours. Come to the office tomorrow, we'll sign the deal and divorce papers," I said walking away from them.

After 2 hours, I reached my mansion. On my way, I kept thinking that, what if she denied to divorce Raj? What if she loves him? What if she is scared of him? What if I was coming in between their privacy? There were many too many 'what if's but no answers.
