In a small bed, where both Jennie and Taehyung were laying peacefully, the former was the first one to wake up from her deep slumber.

She opened her eyes slowly and was greeted with a shirtless Taehyung, whose features were being highlighted by a tinge of light coming from the morning rays entering the room's glass window. She unconsciously smiled as she admire how he became more ethereal as days passed by.

She then noticed a number of tattoos etched on his body, from his arms to his torso, covering previous scars of different shapes and sizes. Her fingers reached for his skin, gently caressing them while she wonders the stories behind each marks.

She was stopped however when her hand was held by the man who was already awoke minutes ago, quietly observing her since the moment he felt her warm touch on his body.

Jennie was flustered. She looked into his deep orbs, waiting for him to say anything. But nothing. He only looked back at her as his mind started to flood with questions he'd been wanting to ask her.

They stared at each other's eyes, no words nor movements were made other than their steady breathing. Until Taehyung slowly extended his free hand to reach her face, cupping her cheeks gently as their faces were only few inches apart.

The scene was too awkward for Jennie so she slowly removed his grasp to move to her side, and stood up. She fixed her wrinkled clothes and went straight to the kitchen to make some bacon and eggs for breakfast.

While she cooks for them, Taehyung took a morning shower to clear his mind off. His doubts kept pushing him to believe that everything they have told him were all a lie. But every time his eyes laid on Jennie, there's something inside of him making him fully trust her. Only her.

He went out from the bathroom with wet hair after changing his clothes to a pair of sweater and shorts, originally belonging to Jimin's. The things that were already present in the house were old belongings of the female and his brother's. Besides those, the interior were filled with generic objects a typical home should have.

She places the cooked food on his plate as he sits by on the table that was already set up. He squinted his eyes, unsure why a feeling of uneasiness is filling his stomach.

"You don't like it?" She asked worriedly after noticing his reaction.

"No." He answered, suppressing his feeling of nauseousness, not wanting to offend her.

He took a bite of the food and munched it. Jennie on the other hand also took her sit as she poured brewed coffee on each of their cup.

However, she was startled when Taehyung hastily stood up and went back inside the bathroom. Sounds of him puking resonated the whole room. "Was I really that bad in cooking?"

Taehyung finally came back with his flustered face. His bare skin were filled with growing rashes, making Jennie run to him almost immediately to check up on him.

She looks at him and asks, "Do you have allergies?"

He blinked for a few times and thought for a second. "I don't know. Do I?"

She didn't know what to reply. If he was, she should have known it since she claimed they were married. She avoided his gaze and went to the counter to search for a medicine box. Luckily, she found some antihistamines.

With a glass of water and medicine in her hands, she offered them to him but he rejected it. She looked at him confusingly as he stared at her coldly.
