Y/n pov:
"Now then, I will explain the rules of the cavalry battle" Midnight said as she then began to explain the rules.
After she explained everything we got 15 minutes to choose our partners.
'Ahri is good with turning invisible for a few minutes, enough for me to use the light again...'
I turned towards Ahri.
"Ahri I've got an plan." I said making her look at me.
"You do?" She asked me.
"I do, you know your invisible." I said. She nodded. "Yeah, but I can't hold it for the entire game."
"I know, but as long as you can do it for some minutes I can use my light to protect us for the rest of the game."
Ahri thought for a while before she smiled and nodded.
"Alright, I trust you."
Timeskip to the beginning of the game:
"Now, let's get go!" Yamada spoke from the speakers.
"Counting down to the brutal battle royal!"
"Three!"
I looked up to Ahri as she sat on my shoulders and she looked down.
"Two!"
We both smiled before we looked forward to see that almost everyone was gonna go for us.
"One!"
"Ready Ahri?" I said and she nodded.
"Start!" Midnight yelled out.
As soon as she yelled out almost everyone ran towards us.
"Now Ahri!" I yelled as she used her magic to turn us invisible.
I double jumped to the side so that noone was gonna notice us.
"Where did he go?!" A student yelled out.
"I don't know! Just look for them!" another student yelled out asy people started to look for us.
We waited for a bit until Ahri spoke up.
"I'm almost at my limit!" She whispered.
"Alright, we're gonna have to survive for atleast three minutes then." I replied.
After a few seconds Ahri stopped using it.
"Let's lay-"
"There they are!" A student yelled out as they started to rush towards us.
"Mother lord..." I said as I got read to run like hell.
The people got closer to us. "Let's do this!" I said as I threw a smoke grenade down and double jumped over them all.
I landed and began to run.
'A few seconds left!" I thought before I saw Todoroki run towards us.
'knowing him hes gonna use his ice to trap us.' As soon as I thought about that he trapped us so we had nowhere to go.
Fuck... What can I... wait.
I moved to the left.
"Now then Todoroki... what are you gonna do?" I said.
I then saw that Lida bent down a little.
'Wait, if his quirk is speed then... oh no.'
I had a few seconds left now.
'Fuck this is bad, I'm gonna have to distract them.'
"Hey Lida." He looked up towards me.
"Is that a new move I see?" His eyes went wide before they went serious again.
'Cmon...'
His exhasut on his legs began to turn blue.
'Got it!' I closed my eyes.
"Torque Over... Reciproburst!" Lida yelled as he used one of his moves.
Code of the Protector...
A pruple shield was now around is and it made Todorokis team slam into it.
"Just in time." I said before I looked up towards Ahri. "Well Ahri looks like we are in the first place."
She smiled at me and hugged my head.
"Oi! Ahri stop it!" I said as she kept on hugging my head.
"No!" She replied as she hugged me head tighter.
'Well, atleast we are in the next game.'
