As I lay there next to Philip, I consider my options for a minute. If we all collaborated on this film together with Toby our lives would change immensely. Every single one of us would never have to work a day in our lives ever again. I don't know what to do, I'll have to speak to my girls tomorrow morning and get their opinions on it.
My phone rings and I recognise the number. Oh, my god, what does he want at this time of night. I answer it, "Yes, what is it?" I hear his deep voice on the other end, "Hello, Miss Edwards. Sorry to be calling so late, I was just wondering if you had any information on Clyde Logan as of yet?" Guilt rises inside me, crushing my soul and my heart. When I landed in West Virginia all those weeks ago, I was swiftly taken away by security and seated in an interrogation room. I have never been so frightened before in my life, I've never been arrested or in trouble with the law. The officer explained to me that there was a guy that they were tracking called Clyde Logan, I had never heard of him before. He told me that Jackie Luna was a close friend of his and they needed my help in getting information out of her and potentially him in relation to a robbery committed a few years ago. Feeling like I had no choice, I had to agree. Fuming at being disturbed so late and being put in this situation that I never wanted to be in I reply, "No, I haven't Mr Zimmerman. Clyde Logan is no criminal and I would like to be left alone now. You've heard all of our conversations through that device that you planted on me, so even you know there is nothing on him." I can hear a sigh on the other end, "I'm sorry Miss Edwards for putting you through this. As far as we are concerned the case is closed now. We won't be needing any further assistance." I end the call. After everything I have been through with the girls and Clyde, there is no way on earth that I would ever betray them.
