It was an early morning, most of the other guys were at the base. Misha was eating a sandwich, while Dr. Ludwig and Mundee shared a couple cups of coffee while exchanging words about findings and research. I was sitting in the back of the room while I had an unopened can of Bonk! Atomic Punch on the table. My metal baseball bat was leaning against the wall behind me. I couldn't grasp the events that happened the previous week. I heard Dell playing his guitar as my mind began to drift off, thinking about the pain of rejection I had felt days ago. The pain was still there but Spy told me to get over it because there were many of different females out there.
Mr. Doe had walked into the room and there was a figure behind him. Everyone groaned in annoyance when they heard him yelling 'Attention Maggots!!' I had a headache just from him entering the room. The shorter man started speaking, and out of respect, I decided to listen.
"Maggots, This is Miss (Y/N). She is our newest member of the team! She is our Chemist. If anyone needs any kind of.. potions or anything that she does, She will be found in the Medical Wing of the Base. Meaning! Dr. Ludwig, will you please take Miss (Y/N) under your wing and teach her the basics of this team." Mr. Doe had asked our Medic to teach the young woman the ropes of the base. Dr.Ludwig simply nodded and accepted the task that Mr. Doe had assigned to him.
Once the young woman had entered the room, I couldn't take my blue eyes off of her and I felt my heart skip a bit. I bit my bottom lip as I watched Mundee walk over to me. I grunted a bit and I hid my face with my black-solid colored hat. Extremely grateful that the bill of the hat covered my light pink cheeks. I heard the 'down-under' accent from the taller male as he asked if I was alright. All I could really do was give a nod in the reassurance of my well-being.
I couldn't take the pressure from the Kiwi(*1) man. I got up taking a grasp on my metal baseball bat, my free hand grabbing the can of Bonk! Atomic Punch off the table before I walked out of the seemingly crowded room. I could just feel the multiple gazes as I exited the space before I turned the corner. Once I made my way to the warehouse, making sure no one had followed me before I turned down a distant hallway, and walked up a couple flights of stairs. I put the can of sugary liquid under my arm as I went to grasp the silver doorknob. My blue eyes traced the black paint that spelled out 'BONK!' on the surface of the door. I pushed open the door to reveal my rather unorganized room. Around my room, I had put up different posters of baseball players, old and new. I set my metal bat against the far wall, and I took a seat at the desk. There were a couple baseball cards scattered on the surface and a couple scrap sheets of paper with small little doodles on top of them. I began to aimlessly doodle on the paper, crossing out a couple of bad sketches. My mind began to draw whatever I was thinking about, finally deciding what I wanted to draw. Once I came back to my senses, I had drawn a non-detailed picture of (Y/N). "E-eh!?" My eyes widened at the picture before I grumbled and crumbled up the paper, and tossed it into the trashcan, to my dismay it bounced off the rim and onto the floor. I groaned and stood up and was about to fall back onto my comfy looking bed, but the one thing that had stopped me was a rather loud knock on my room door. I seemingly stopped mid-air, regained my balance and walked over to the door to open it, unsure of who was at my door.

After I had met everyone, Dr.Ludwig said that there was one person I hadn't met properly. We had made a short stop to the Medical Wing because Dr.Ludwig said that there was something for me to see. My eyes were filled with wonder and amazement as I began fiddling with the small things that laid upon the surface. I began touching the beakers, the test tubes, the microscope, and that was just a small list of the things that cluttered the rather large work-space. "I figured zhat jou vould need an abundance of supplies, due to jour new position as our chemist, so I zook it upon meinself to gazher zhe supplies for jou, Miss (Y/N)" I heard Dr.Ludwig explain as I had stopped my fan-girl moment over the number of supplies. I instantly ran over and hugged him tightly. "Thank you, Dr.Ludwig!" I said excitedly. "I had never.. been given so much stuff before, especially for my profession. I can't wait to put it all to good use, and even help out on the battlefield." I confessed, and fiddled with my fingers and smiled up at the older man. "Now zhat jou have seen jour vork station. Let us go see zhe one jou haven't met before." Dr.Ludwig said as I realized his deep German accent. I eagerly followed the Medic into a huge warehouse, and we walked down a dimly lit hallway, and we walked up a couple flights of stairs. I tried not to make it seem like I was tired, but this was a lot of walking, my thighs were burning. Soon we walked up to a door that had the word 'BONK!' written in black paint, that happened to be chipping away. Dr.Ludwig knocked on the door, rather loudly without stating who he was, I stood behind him and I watched as the door opened. My eyes were glued to the blue-eyed man. "Scout. I vould like jou to meet (Y/N). Jou left zhe room before ve introduced her." Dr.Ludwig explained to the person referred to as 'Scout.'
