Memories Chapter 6

Melody's P.O.V

I woke up and it was cloudy and no light shone through the once happy sky that was now depressed.I decided to take a walk through the woods.That usually cleared my mind.I took my sword and backpack filled with paper and extra supplies and started to head on my way.As I was in the deepest part of the forest I could hear a rustled behind a bush.I grabbed my sword without haste and slowly walked towards the bush.A shadow ran from out of the bush to behind the tree.I followed in quick pursuit.It lunged at me and started to growl.I tried to get up but it had me pinned to the ground by my arms and legs.As I waited to get hurt nothing happened.It got up from my body and helped me up.It was none other then the girl I met at the roller rink.That wolf girl named Fluffy.She wore a gray shirt,black pants,and gray shoes.She had on a wolf hoodie.She dusted herself off and started to walk away,so being the curious person I was I followed her.

Fluffy's P.O.V

I was on the hunt for some prey when I found a person in the forest.I ducked behind a bush to observe the unknown person.They started to walk towards me so I hid behind a near by tree.They walked to the tree so I went defensive and pounced on them.They tried to struggle from my grasp but that only made me hold tighter.When they stopped I saw it was the Melanie girl or whatever her name was.(Smooth) I got off and helped her up and started to dust myself off.She was staring at me so I left to go find Bassie and Noku.I felt her presence as she followed me.As we were walking I heard a deep voice laughing.I didn't want to have to fight because I get vicious when I battle.I grabbed the girl and ran at top speed to get to our home.

*Time skip to the base*

When we finally arrived I saw Bassie getting cookies from the kitchen and Noku in the practice room.I ran to the kitchen to grab a Mountain Dew.Bassie saw the girl and ran over to her and started talking to her.I just rolled my eyes and went on my way to my room.

Bassie's P.O.V

I got some cookies and saw Fluffy come back with Melody.I was glad to see her again.She was smiling but her eyes said something.She seemed happy but she was hiding her true feelings.I walked over to her and started to ask what was wrong but she kept saying she was alright or that nothing was wrong.I put my hand on her cheek and had her face me.I told her in a calm voice,"I only want to help you please tell me what's wrong Melody."She stared at me for a few minuets until she started to cry.I pulled her into a hug and tried to comfort her the best I could.It didn't seem like it was helping much though.

Authors P.O.V

Fluffy started to hear Melody's sobs so she walked into the room to see what was the matter.Noku did the same but only because he felt something off and a different presence in the house.After Melody calmed down she explained what happened to her "parents" and told the whole story.Everyone  comforted her.They all started to tell their back stories with her.Bassie started off.He was born to a loving family that were amazing chefs.They had loved him for a long time.Then his little siblings came along and every thing changed.They started to not pay any more attention to Bassie but to his siblings.He was fed up with it so he ran away and found Noku in a village then they teamed up and started a quest together.Noku was next in telling his story.He was born to a mother and didn't know who his father was.He was a rare gift for he had powers that no normal child had.He could control elements and make potions.He was a mage and he was unlike any other.He had a good home but kids teased him for being different.They called him names and hurt him for being an outcast.His mother died from a rare illness that was formed in the heart and was incurable's.Even with his powers he couldn't heal his sick mother.She passed away while Noku's heart broke inside.He ran away and tried to look for a job but couldn't because of his gift.He was wandering through a town and met Bassie who became one of his best friends and they started to roam and quest together only to meet a young wolf girl later on.Now it was Fluffy's turn to share her story.She was a baby girl born but she never met her parents because they gave her up to an orphanage.She was then offered to a mad scientist who need a subject to his experiment.She was injected with wolf DNA and turned into a half wolf and half girl.She trained to get both sides under control.One night everyone went to bed and she escaped into the forest as the night as her shield.She was then found by a wolf family who taught her how to hunt,speak wolf,and how to blend in with her surroundings.She went on her own after a few years with the wolf's and met Noku and Bassie who were exploring a cave they found.She made friends with them then they all traveled together.Once they found a good spot they set up a base and kept expanding it to get where it was today.Melody was shocked by their stories knowing she wasn't alone.

Melody's P.O.V

I was thinking over my three new friend's lives when I got a bad pain in my head.I started to see images on my parents of them finding me in front of the portal.I thought they were my actual parents but I guess I was wrong.I started to see a little girl with blonde hair and she was wearing a dress.She had her hair in a bun and was with two other people.One was a shadow and the other was a human but I couldn't see their faces.The girl was in the middle with the shadow man on her right and the other man on her left.Different mobs started to approach them and bow.They greeted each other then the next came.Next there was a loud bang and everyone started screaming.Then it all went black and I woke up on a bed in a golden room.Everything was gold (or butter depends on what you choose) I got up from the bed with my head in pain.I saw the room spinning so I decided to lay back down.Fluffy came in the room and closed the door.She started feeling my head and asking me questions.I didn't understand most so I tried to answer what I could.She explained that I fainted and hit my head on a table and that I was out cold for a day.I started getting tired and went back into sleep.I kept being surrounded by darkness and kept seeing the same dreams as if I was their or if I was a bystander watching it all happen.
