:A Tree house?:

After we got that whole frog thing was sorted out (I put him in my pants pocket, he was oddly content and didn't try to hop away). I was humming some random song that got stuck and my head as we headed to the house. It wasn't long before we stumbled upon it. It was really tall. maybe 4 stories, and it definitely had an attic, it had to have an attic, it was too big not to. Tamaki was really scared, after what he saw yesterday I wouldn't blame him. If he was going to be scared that means I have to protect him! I have to be the strong one, there's no backing out now, especially after I made a promise!

After a minute the door started opening, once it opened fully Tamaki almost ran and honestly I don't blame him. You see the person who opened the door wasn't the cheerful little girl we were expecting... It was that little girls mother. I was taken aback by this 'Did she forget we were coming today?.. Maybe this was a bad idea, maybe we should go back- no it's too late for that we're at her house, I knocked on the door' I realized I was just standing there for too long, not saying anything.

After searching my brain for something to say I looked up at her. "Hi! I'm M-mirio Togata!" I said mentally cursing myself for stuttering, I held out my hand "...Right, and whose that?" she asked gesturing towards Amajiki, completely ignoring my hand. "O-oh right. That's Tamaki Amajiki!" he flinched at the mention of his full name "U-u-um.. H-hi?" he said giving her the slightest of waves. "Alright... and why are both here?" she stuck her head out side the door and looked around like she was searching for some thing "And where are your parents? You... Did you come here by yourselves? This is in the middle of the woods..."

I shrugged "We came here yesterday, um... We came back to see, we're here to see your um.. your daughter, yeah we're here to see your daughter." She looked between me and Tamaki "Daughter?- Oh (y/n)... alright, i'll go get her, just stay here." she trotted up the stairs, muttering some thing like 'why are there so many stairs? Why is her room upstairs? We have rooms down here too.' 

She seemed... calm? That was strange, I thought she would be more... I don't know, harsh? Did she recognize me from yesterday, or did she just forget what happen all together? I'm not sure why but the whole experience made me uneasy... like I was missing some thing, like there was some behind the whole... 'interaction' I just had with her. I did my best to shake off the feeling as I waited for her to come back.

I was laying in my bed, staring at the ceiling. I heard the door open and turned to see who it was "Get up, there are some... boys? Here to see you." I was surprised. Not only at how calm she was, but also I didn't think they'd actually come back. Normally she was usually wary when it comes to new people. I dought she would even opened the door on a normal day, this was strange. 'She's up to something' I thought as I ran down stairs, excited to see them again. Maybe I'll be able to actually talk to that Amajiki. I peered over the railing and saw my mom talking to them. "Yeah, she'll be down in a second." she walked off leaving them standing awkwardly in the door way.

I jumped down the remaining stairs, walking up to the boys. "Hey Togata-San, how are you?" they jumped at my sudden entrance but none the less smiled. "Hey! I'm doing fine, how about you?" I smiled as well "I'm doing good! What do you guys want to go do?" They shrugged. I thought for a second "We can check out my tree house if you want." Their eyes lit up at the mention of the tree house, they exchanged excited glances and turned back to me. "Y-you h-have a t-tree house?!" Tamaki asked. I nodded, happy that he finally uttered his first words to me. "Alright! one second." I slipped on my froggy rain boots, grabbed Sardine and headed outside. I turned back to face them and only then did I notice their attire.

Togata-San was wearing a striped shirt and jeans and Amajiki-San was wearing a sweater and a similar kind of jeans, they were both wearing sneakers. The I looked down at my frog dress and navy leggings. 'I think I like frogs a bit too much...' I thought as I looked back up at them "...Do you guys go in to the woods a lot?" they both shook their heads no "Alright, give me a second." I went around the back of house an entered the shed. I came back with tho pairs of rain boots "Here's some boots that don't fit me yet, I think it'll fit you guys. If not a bit loose" They looked at me confused "The tree house is deeper into the woods, if your not careful then you'll get your shoes ruined. They're a few small creeks and a water full,  mud at every step. Those look nice and it would suck if you got them stuck in mud.

They put the rain boots on and luckily they fit them. When they got up, Togata-San turned to face me. "I got you something." He reached in to his pocket and pulled out a frog "Here! I caught this frog earlier and I thought you would like it!" He said, looking at my out fit. I all but dropped Sardine and grabbed the frog "Wow! You caught this? They aren't really out during this time, it's a big one too!" He nodded "Yeah! And it's eyes are cool too, do you know what kind it is?" I studied it a bit and nodded "Yep! It's a Bufo japonicus, or Japanese common toad. So not really a frog but I still love him!" I noticed Amajiki-San shudder, he doesn't seem to like the toad. Sardine let out a a long jealous hiss, she wasn't a fan of the lack off attention she was getting.   

"Ok! Ok! calm down" I put the toad in my front pocket and grabbed the cat. "Alrighty! do you guys want to get going?" They nodded, big smiles plastered on their faces. I shot them my own small grin. "Alright! follow me!" I headed off in to the direction of the tree house. Boy are they in for a surprise...

"Togata-San, please don't touch the cat- I told you to stop."
