~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~It's been so long since I've been able to hang out Tamaki and Mirio, by that I mean a week but still... that's a lot considering I have severe separation anxiety. "You ready for the most epicest sleep over in the history of sleep overs?!" I chuckled at his enthusiasm, he was so cute when he got excited "Mirio, you say that every time we hang out. And every time I have to remind you that 'epicest' isn't a word" He pouted "Well aren't I right? Each time we hang is better then the last! Also, epicest is a word, It says so in the Mirio Togata's dictionary for words I made up on the spot!" I scoffed "That's not a real thing-" he slammed a thick book on my desk, the cover was red and had some official looking golden lettering 'Mirio Togata's dictionary for words I made up on the spot' and in a smaller font at the bottom it said 'Features words and phrases from (y/n) (l/n)and Tamaki Amajiki' in parentheses.
I looked back up at him only to see him wearing a very triumphant smirk "I knew you were going to say something like that so, last night me and Tamaki here racked our brains for every word and weird phrase we came up with that you don't count as actual words, put them in a book using a dictionary format, printed it, and bond it. The cover design isn't anything special but I threw this all together at like 3 am. I'm exhausted!" he opened it in an exaggerated manner "It has words dating back to the Second grade, I wasn't sure how to go about putting it in alphabetically because some of them are just like.. silence but with different emotion so I did it chronologically, all the sections are just the events in which they were first said and in which order they were mentioned."
I picked it up and read some, it was surprising well written. Every was chronologically listed and it was in the order mentioned. He included the correct way to pronounce it and the definition of each word, he even credited the person who said it. "This is actually well written, it's kind of like a printed version of Urban dictionary. Are you sure you just made this last night?" Tamaki nodded "Yeah... he forced me to help him, I fell asleep at five today." I looked up at Mirio with a questioning glance "So, you're making the baby stay up past his bed time?" I asked pulling Tamaki slightly closer to me. "I didn't force him, he stayed up. I wasn't threatening him or anything... more like encouraging him.." he said avoiding eye contact. I nodded "Uh huh... So I think I know whose doing the snack run today."
Mirio pouted "Fiiiiiiine!" he whined in a child-like manner. "Alright, let's go!" I grabbed their hands and dragged them out the class room. We decided that we were going to go to Tamaki's house today. Although the tree house is awesome, I accidentally blew up the AC unit. It was too hot to fall asleep in and staying in my house was clearly a no no. After a while of walking in comfortable silence we stumbled upon a small store, it wasn't here before so I just assumed it was knew. "Wait hold on, can we stop here. The other stores are really far and-" I put a hand over his mouth "I don't want to here a thirty minute rant on how the need more stores around here and how it's ruining your entire existence. Just get the snacks and meet us out here."
He nodded and happily strutted inside. I just stood there and Tamaki stood next to me. ".....(y/n), do you have a pen?" I shook my head yes "Why, do you need one?" he took a piece of pale pink paper from his bag "Yeah, I want show you something.." I handed him a pencil which he happily took, he turned around and scribbled something on the paper. "I-I've been drawing lately and... um..." he handed me the paper "I learned how to do this from the students in the art club.. Actually, Mirio learned how to do this and showed me once everyone left" the drawing was that of a bunny, it was actually really well drawn.
"Aww, thanks! It's really cute." I smiled at him and he turned away, I saw his face was slightly red but brushed it off "N-no problem, I thought it made sense... you know, because you're my bunny..." He turned redder once he said that, then he started playing the hem of his shirt. It didn't bother me that he called me bunny, we all had nicknames for each other... so what was he getting so worked up about? I just pulled him in to a hug, I felt him tense up but eventually he relaxed enough to hug back. After a while Mirio came out holding like four bags "Hey guys! So like, they had like so many american snack and like they were so cheap! This only cost like 10 dollars!" I looked threw the bags and I felt nostalgia wash over me. These were all snacks that I used to eat back in america, before my parents moved here for my dads work and things... why do I get caught up in my thoughts so much?
"Mirio, this is a lot of food- why did you buy so many pop rocks?" Mirio shrugged "They were 30 cents a piece and they had so many flavors!" I chuckled slightly, he gets so excited about the smallest things. "Guys, we should get going... my mom is waiting for us." Tamaki said, checking his phone. We all continued to his house, Mirio already started eating which isn't really surprising. "What's a prongle?" ....What? I faced him and he was reading the label on a tube "The heck is a prongle?" he shrugged "It says prongle on this." he handed me the container "Oh, Mirio, sweet heart, sunshine, honey pie, baby, babe, sweetie, bestie, buddy, home slice, brochacho.. I've taught you English right?" he nodded reluctantly "Ok, well clearly not well enough, This says Pringles." he stared at me a second before he responded "Ohhh... I still don't know what that is" I handed him the container "It's like a potato chip but it's not actual potato- wait why are you buying things when you don't even know what they are?" He shrugged once again.
"...Alright?" I didn't realize we were already there until I tripped and face planted in to one of Ms. Amajiki's rose bushes. I quickly stood up and pulled a thorn from my face. Mirio was about to make a big deal about it but I shot him a look that said 'No, please. Just no, you called me an independent person but I can't do that if you treat me like a baby.' He backed off of and stood at the door way.
"So guys... are you ready for the most epic, fun, awesome, most spectacularly brilliant sleep over the world has ever seen?!"
