Samikhya's viewpoint :

I closed my eyes and prayed to God for Ishan to be in the playing eleven today. He got benched in the previous match because of repeated poor performances.

Ishan has promised me that he's gonna try his best if he gets a chance today and also that he has been playing well in the nets.

My eyes slowly cracked open as the playing eleven of both the teams ie; Mumbai Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad were being displayed.

My gaze rapidly ran up and down the names and I sighed in relief as I found Ishan in the list. He's getting a chance today! I hope everything goes well.

In the last match, my family dissed Ishan even more since they think he isn't capable enough of playing for the team and it really did hurt so much.

I smiled to myself as I saw Ishan along with his teammates on the tv screen and sat down on the sofa.

MI is the batting in the first innings today and to my surprise, I saw Ishan entering the pitch as an opener.

My heart rushed, hoping he'll prove himself today.

I also saw Abhishek on field which made me really happy. Riya informed me earlier that she's attending today's match along with Ashwati.

I'm soo happy for them though, they're finally a couple! I wasn't aware about it for days but since the time I got my phone and I saw Abhishek's post, I've been teasing Riya a lot.

Things are finally back on track for me but I've promised myself that I'll stop talking to Ishan once he regains his originality. His game, his passion was being affected because of me which I never wanted to happen.

I'll open up to him about my family problems and let him go of me. I hope he'll understand and mould himself back into the life he had without me. I hope he'll forget me and learn to live without me.

"Aaj toh Ishan bohat accha khel raha." Papa said and I smiled.

Ishan is really on fire today, he's playing so well! I've always wanted to see him like this, it's making my heart happy.

Most of the shots Ishan's hitting is landing straight in the stands. He's so close to completing is century!

On the next ball Ishan hit the ball in air, which went too high. He looked at it and shook his head in disappointment while rotating the strike.

I crossed my fingers and hoped, but in vain. Abhishek had already caught the ball. Ishan looked a little sad as he was walking off.

Abhishek patted his back as he departed at the score of 87 runs.

Although Ishan couldn't score a century, I was really happy over his innings. He scored fast and crucial runs for the team. He really proved himself with this innings.

Riya's viewpoint :

"Our boys are always after Ishan." Ashwati giggled after Abhay took his catch.

"Yeah actually." I giggled while clapping for Abhay.

Ishan played really well today unlike the other matches he's played in the IPL so far. I'm genuinely so happy for him. He deserved this after all his hardwork.

In the middle overs Abhay bowled and my heart rushed on seeing him play. Though we're dating now, my heart still refuses to believe the realities going on in my life.

Being with Abhay, having the feeling of him being mine, kissing him, still feels like dream, a surreal imagination of mine. Can't believe how I got so lucky to have him!
