Silver caught up with Tails as Sonic zoomed off in a blue flash.

"You know Tails, I've never had ice cream before." Silver said causing the little fox to slow down for him.

"Really?" Tails asked as he looked up at him from the corner of his eye.

"Yea, so, do you think we can get some? Because I would like to try it." Tails took a moment to consider it before sighing.

"It would be very rude to say no.... Alright, I know the best place to get ice cream," Tails nodded as he mumbled to himself before turning to Silver, "we can get ice cream at Vanilla's."

"Well then lead the way." Silver motioned for the little Fox to take the lead. The little boy smiled slightly before walking off with the gray hedgehog following him. Silver watched Tails as they walked along the sidewalk in silence. The busy people seem to have calm down as time passed by and decided to enjoy the warm beams of sunlight, the soft breeze, and say hello to each other. Tails lead the hedgehog to a small bakery that sat on the corner of Main street and West road. The large glass case window on the front of the bakery showed large beautiful cakes for many different kinds of events. A white three tier weeding cake was the center on the display and to its left was a pink square shaped birthday cake cover in little red frosting made roses, and to the left was a big blue present box cake that was covered in fondant with a big bow and sparkled. The fox opened the door for his friend before entering himself, only to be greeted with the intoxicating scent of fresh cookies. Small bells above the door chimed gently as the doors closed as the two boys looked around. The tables were a soft yellow with cushion chairs pushed in neatly to them. A glass center piece sat in the middle of each table with two fresh roses in each vase, each a different color. Paintings, family pictures, and drawings by children hung on the walls adding bright colors to the white walls. The counter was a large glass case as well filled with fresh treats for all to see and standing behind it was a women walked through the door leading to the back of the building.

"Hi Miss. Vanilla," Tails called out as he walked to the counter and received a soft smile. She was a rabbit with white fur as well and orange patches of fur over both eyes. She wore a pair of white gloves with a golden button on cuff, ruby pumps with a golden strap around arch, gray rim and heel on pumps. Lilac colored bubble-sleeves covered her shoulders, a maroon vest with white trimming on chest along with a gold button red neck-tie, "How are you doing today?"

"I'm fine, Tails, how are you?" Tails lightly shrugged his shoulders before pointing at the ivory hedgehog that he entered with.

"This is Silver." Silver mumbled a soft hello and Vanilla motioned for him to come and join the conversation.

"And where is Sonic?" She asked and the little fox turned around, just realizing that his royal blue brother was not with them any longer.

"I do not know actually...... he was with us earlier."

"He had something important to do." Silver covered up as he pushed one of his quills away from his eye.

".... Usually Sonic would takes me with him when he has to handle something important." Tails pointed out as Vanilla agreed.

"Well, you were not feeling well after lunch so he asked me to stay with you as he went." Tails lifted his ears slightly before leaving it be and turning back to the rabbit.

"What can I do for you two anyway?" Vanilla asked as she smiled brightly.

"Silver has never tried ice cream before, so i thought that ill bring him to the best bakery in the world to try it." Tails summed up and the bunny laughed lightly.
