We spend the rest of the time talking about this and that. Agreeing to stay away from mentioning anything else about the resistance

In case we were over heard by someone...

Alister was a charming fellow, and had an entire family pack—a wife and three kids. There was no sad bsck story just a regular normal life. Before the whole eggmsn thing he had been an accountant at the bank. Which told me he was pretty loaded. Usually rich people struck as snobby and selfish...but Alister.

He was different..I liked that about him.

"We used to watch you on the news all the time" he pointed out "you were the one that kept us all going"

"Geeze I didn't know I could handle all that normal" I said, shaking my head

He shrugged. "Honestly it's all that bad. As long as you have enough love,enough motivation that seems like a lot more ocean"

I smiled at that.while he told me all this! Something was nagging me, he was going to die soon or as metal put it, "disappear". It was sad to know especially since he wad so bright, full of life and had a full family to take care of... they'd be wondering where he's gone.

We only stopped talking when zavok entered, seeming to do nothing and stare us down a few minutes, then left without saying a word, giving any notations as for why he was there

.so we both retreated to our benches in silence. and I let my self drift into a fightless sleep. One so deep that it was hard to get out of. Despite the imprisonment everything felt right with the world.

—two days later-

I had been taking a nap when suddenly a boom shot the building, and I was awaken from my nap "whoozzzehere" I shouted sleepily looking left and right.

"It's the resistance!" Alister replies from somewhere

I looked over and saw him at his barred door looking out of the door with an excited grin.

"They've Finnaly struck!"

My heart gave a leap in my chest as now I was fully awake.i scrambled to the bars as another boom sounded. Doing almost the same thing he was.

Come on! I thought despretly someone anyone? Get me out of here...

I could only imagine what it was like out there.the big booms they must've been something like cannons. I played it in my head, until when someone had entered, and the door being suddenly closed snapped me out of fantasy.

We watched as Eggman entered looking winded as he came up to us, huffing and gasping as if he went up the stairs "you two!!" He bellowed "follow me now!"

I was really hard to keep my self with bursting out of laughter as I stepped out of the cell and followed. Alister was behind me.

"I can't belive! can't belive it!" The doctor grumbled as we quickly went. "Right under my nose! Thoose like insolent... I'll make them pay"

"What's happening Doc?" I asked as I tried to hide the grin that threatened to show.

"You know darn good what's happening hedgehog" he snapped at me "don't think I don't know what your little friend have been talking about! They think they can beat me! Ha, I'll show them!"

"Well for one I know,they can" I said before I could stop myself,thanks to my rising temper.

"I've done it a butt load of times,kicking your sorry butt self-proclaimed thrown, I think they can do it one more time."

I felt Alister bewildering stare at my back as eggman stopped and slowly tuned to me glaring daggers that would have pierced.

Except I didn't care all that much.

"I'll deal with you later" he growled darkily, then turned back around and stormed off.

I stared at his back as I followed. Alister caught up with me. He didn't say anything but I could tell he was angry at me, so I decided to keep quiet.

We made it down the stairs to where orbot and cubot were waiting. A boom echoed once again. Seeming a lot closer, because it shook the floor, almost knocking us all down. A few tiny rubble pieces even fell from somewhere.afteewards cape cheers of a crowd, which made my heart jump and I looked to where it came from. They were right there..

"Orbot you know where to take theese two"Eggman shouted over the noise, "do so and quickly!" He didn't wait for a response once again jogging of to the right grumbling to him self still.

As we walked I watched him leave until I couldn't see him any longer. Thank goodness he's gone I thought gruffly.

Once we walked far enough away Alister turned to me"are you crazy?!"he hissed "your gonna get yourself killed"

" oh please" I scoffed, narrowing my eyes,"I bet he wants to torture me slowly and painfully

First ,before he does that like it matters tho" I added before he said something else "I'm tired by being pushed around by him and his goons"

"Well until someone gets out of here you gotta endure it!" he snapped and moved in front of me so that we stopped "whaddya think, we're gonna be okay if you really die?! Sonic, your their last hope it's not a joke anymore!"

"Never said it was"

"Well you sure are acting like it!" He changed his tone to a sad and pleading one,"your not gonna do them any good if your killed, the best thing you can do now is let them push you around! At least for now!"

I looked at him. As much as I hated saying it he was right. I couldn't be risking my life. I had a feeling if I tried to escape on my own, what happenex before I got captured would happen again, and that time they wouldn't hold back as much.

I looked around the bay and watched as the robots went to and fro. Fixing and cleaning something. Some met my eye, some didn't ever give a snicker.i frowned and turned my attention to in front of me. But that did no good, for some rather big and sharp hit the side of my head. The ones who laughed, either with monotone voices or fake robotic ones.

"So much for hero,ey hedgehog!?" Something taunted

"Don't listen time them" Alister muttered to me as few more crackled."theyre just trying to get into your head"

"Yeah?" I growked quietly Through clenched teeth "ya think?"

After what seemed like for ever we got to the main part of the ship. It was as you could guess, pretty large and spacey, a gigantic window to our left that went from roof to floor, showing part of mobius and a whole bunch of space. We followed Orbot, our shoes chankling against the metal flooor.

We didn't make any conversation as we walked, and he led us in an elevator where we stepped in.

"..so" Alister Finnaly spoke "where exactly are we going?"

"Eggmans moving you to a different prison," Orbot replied

The elavator bought us up in our silence, and one it stopped, I held my breath, waiting to see what was on the other side. Then my mouth dropped.

".....you got to be kidding me"
