Everyone at Hogwarts was curious about the girl that seemed to never stop moving. Pure-bloods always scowled as she sped passed them on her board, hiding their amazement for whatever contraption it seemed she was on. Muggleborns clapped when she did a trick, but the teachers always scolded her.Jackie didn't care or spare anyone a second glance because she was too focused on the wind flowing through her hair and the pure feeling of freedom she got only when she was riding her skateboard. The skateboard has brought her on so many journeys and adventures and she's met so many cool people just by letting the breeze dictate where she goes. This trip wasn't going to end with the laughter of new friends though, this trip would end with a destination she dreaded.
Potions class
She had gotten used to people clearing out of the way for her when she was skating and never had to worry about running into people, so imagine her surprise when a small pudgey looking boy walked in front of her board right as she was about to turn into the classroom. She flipped over him landing on her side as her board slammed into his ankle.
"Watch it!" She yelled at the boy as she got up dusting herself off. Her glare immediately softened as she looked at Peter Pettigrew, who looked back at her frightened.
"Are you okay?" She asked as she offered her hand to help him up, which he hesitantly took.
"Y-yeah, I'm so so sorry!" He stuttered out.
"Um it's fine just be more careful." She said scratching the back of her neck awkwardly. He picked up her skateboard and handed it to her shakily and she began to examine it to make sure no harm came to it when the three other boys he was always seen with walked up to them.
"Hey Jackie." Remus Lupin said while giving her a small smile to which she responded to with a nod. She just glanced at the other boys before turning into the classroom.

Sirius couldn't help but stare at the girl throughout the lesson in wonder. She seemed so out of reach. Being in the same house, he had definitely seen her around before but he'd never had the urge to speak to her before Remus had mentioned that she may be able to help him with his current mission.
"Mr Black, I would appreciate it if you would stare at Miss Walker on your own time and advise you to pay attention to the lesson." Slughorn said while facing away from the boy and writing something on the board in the front of the classroom.
Sirius let a smirk fall onto his face as he moved his gaze to the professor "Sorry professor" He shrugged, shooting his friends a look who were trying to control their laughter.
The girl didn't even turn around or acknowledge the boy though, instead choosing to cross her arms, using them as a pillow to take a nap.
Slughorn gave the girl a look but returned to teaching anyway.
She was awoken by a ball of paper hitting her on the back of her head. She looked to see who threw it only to find Sirius Black looking back at her. He started pointing to the paper that was now lying on the floor trying to signal to the girl to open it up.
She gave him a look before grabbing the piece of paper. Jackie furrowed her brow when all she found were the boy's potions notes. She wrote in the corner of the paper I think you'll need this before crumpling it and throwing the paper back at him.
Sirius uncrumpled it and frowned when he looked at the paper before looking down at the other papers in front of him . his eyes then widened when he crumpled up a different paper and threw it at her.
Jackie rolled her eyes, and uncrumpled the paper. How are you gonna repay us for running over our friend. She rolled her eyes again before writing back I'm not.
The brunette threw it back hitting Sirius right on the four head. He opened it up and right as he was about to write his reply he heard someone clear their voice. He looked up at the noice only to see Slughorn glaring down at him.
"Detention for both of you, Mr. Black and Miss Walker for passing notes in my class."
Jackie threw her head down on the desk in defeat, turning and giving the long haired boy a glare.
"You really know how to woo a girl, Sirius." James laughed, throwing an elbow in to his friends rib cage.
