It's Christmas!!!!

Mistletoe

Christmas is finally here! Hailey dragged Chase through the halls admiring the cheer and festivities that bloomed all around them. It was a sight to behold and such a special occasion as it brought all the Winged out to celebrate. Chase was bemused by Hailey's excitement and went along with her joy. He lifted her by the waist so she could put the silver stars on every tree, and he played the romance strong by giving her his sweatshirt when she got cold and began to shiver. He placed his hand around her waist and under her wings giving a proclamation that she was his. But after all this, she was the one who looked up at the bright green mistletoe, with her eyes twinkling as bright as the Christmas lights around them.
"Do you know what couples do under the mistletoe?"
His eyes lit up with confusion as he replied that he didn't.
She smiled as she looked up at him, "Well, I mean...um," she blushed as she whispered, they usually kiss."
Chase's eyes lit up and his smirk grew, "I think I'm beginning to like Christmas after all."
He never dropped his gaze as he drew near and placed a soft loving kiss on Hailey's lips.
"Hey lovebirds, the Christmas tree lighting is about to start."
The couple broke apart laughing and blushing, "Ok Aiden, go away dude." Aiden walked away laughing as Chase took the moment to place one more kiss on her lips and led Hailey off to the tree lighting.
So they walked hand in hand to the ceremony and Hailey was astonished that everyone from Sol was there. Everyone was so happy and full of Holiday spirit, even Bree is trying to be nice, although she looks uncomfortable and awkward. Everyone cheers as the tree lights up as bright as a star. The lights on the tree shine out with love and joy. With all her friends around her, Hailey had helped create the best Christmas ever!
