This is a character I designed to be Uraraka's twin sister. The two of them want the a hero pair one day, so thats why the costumes look similar.
Quirk: Gravity. She can increase the gravity on anything she can see within 5ft of her. When the 5ft circle around her no longer includes the target, the gravity effect will stay for 10 seconds, or sooner if you release the effect. The amount of extra gravity put on that person can change based on what she wants. It can be increased just enough for you to stop them from moving, or enough for them to be crushed. When she overuses her quirk, she gets lightheaded and her body feels heavier, making her movements slower. If she keep pushing herself, she start to get migraines. When something is under the effect of her quirk, a light blue glow radiates around it. Like her sister, to release her quirk, she puts the pads of her fingers together and say “Return”. Also, her quirk allows her to change the angle of gravity for her, so she can walk on walls. This aspect of her quirk takes a lot of energy out of her, so she can’t use it too often. If she touchs someone, she can change the angle of their gravitational pull, but again it takes most of her energy. Hero Name: Kyōchō Suru
