Quirk: Glowing Clouds. She can create clouds of different sizes and densities. They can be strong enough to cary up to 350 kg. Each cloud can produce a light of a brightness she decides. If she chooses, the light can be bright enough to blind a person temporarily. The clouds can float however high up she decides, but cannot go above the top cloud in the sky at the time. The clouds vary in color; they can be yellow, pink, blue, purple, orange, and white. The clouds can move at up to 50 km/h. When she overuses her quirk, she becomes dry and thirsty, and needs to drink water before using her quirk again Hero Name: Cloud Nine
