This costume was made for myselfisty. It does look a bit like a hero costume, but I think It can be interprited as a villain.
Quirk: Time freeze. She can freeze time. When she freezes time, she can move freely. She can coose to unfreeze the time of anyone or anything she touches. Whenever her quirk is activated, her body will start to heat up, auseing her to only be able to activate her quirk for just over 1 and a half hours at a time before her body competely overheats. When her quirk is activated, her eyes change to a shade of coral orange, and glow a light shade of blue. (myselfisty I hope you don't mind the quirk description I gave) Villain Name: Hour Glass
