Quirk: Energy Change. He can change types of energy; such as kinetic to heat energy. He can change the energy of anything within 10 meters of him. When he changes the type of energy on something, a blue ligh apears around it, before dissapearing quickly. When he overuses his quirk, he loses his own energy, and gets extremely tired.
