9 - Sabotage

After you and the managers got dinner you all settled down and were laying on your futons. Everyone else was asleep, but you were awake. Tendou texted you saying to meet him in the second gym at 1 am, and you were very excited. Although you loved the other teams you couldn't deny that sabotaging them sounded really fun. You went to bed wearing some dark gray sweatpants and a black shirt, since Tendou also told you to wear dark colors. You didn't know if anybody else was going to be joining the two of you, but you wouldn't be surprised if Goshiki or one of the second years got dragged into helping Tendou out. You quietly laughed at the idea, and spent the rest of your time on your phone while you waited for 1 am.

It was time. Quietly you slipped your sneakers on and snuck out of the classroom. While walking down the hallway you realized you would have to walk past the classrooms Nekoma and Fukurodani were staying in. As you approached the rooms you slowed down and basically started tip toeing to stay quiet.

"LEV COME BACK HERE!" You jumped at the loud noise and ran to hide behind a wall. That was definitely Yaku, but why was he awake at 1 in the morning? And why was Lev running from him?

You heard the door slam shut, so you peeked your head around the corner to see what was going on. Lev was laying on the floor and... wait... is he dead?! Yaku was dragging Lev by the leg and bringing him back to their room, but Lev's head was hitting every trash can on the way there. Everytime you heard his head hit something you had to stifle a gasp. He was probably going to have bruises in the morning because of this. Yaku looked in your direction so you quickly hid behind the wall again, holding your breath. You heard the door close again and released a shaky breath. That was too close. You crouched down so no one would see you through the door windows and ran as fast (and quietly) as you could to meet Tendou.

"Why am I not surprised?" You asked as you walked into the gym. Standing in front of you was Tendou, Yamagata, and (of course) Goshiki.

"What do you mean, (Y/n)?" Yamagata asked. He was wearing a pair of gray sweatpants (of course he is) and a black sweatshirt. Tendou was wearing black shorts and a gray hoodie while Goshiki was wearing black sweatpants and his Shiratorizawa jacket.

Tendou noticed you looking at Goshiki and sighed. "I know, I know... We told him to wear dark colors but he didn't listen.

"And now if someone sees us they're gonna know what school we're from." Yamagata groaned.

You laughed. "Just have him take the jacket off. You do have a shirt underneath, right?"

"Y-yeah." Goshiki said, unzipping his jacket. You were reminded of that *cough* hot *cough* video where Kuroo takes off his jacket and you really hoped you would get to see him do it in person. But now was not the time to imagine those things, (Y/n)! You had a mission.

"So what's the plan?" You asked.

"We're planning on sabotaging Fukurodani today. Apparently their ace is really good, and even though Wakatoshi-kun is obviously better we still want to make it seem like we're leaps and bounds better than everyone else. So we need no competition." Tendou explained. "Apparently their ace is very emotional, and their setter is the only one who can calm him down."

"I've heard that, but what does that have to do with anything?"

"Well if we find a way to seperate them or make it so the setter can't play then no one can help the ace!" Yamagata finished. Hmm... It was actually a good idea.

"Yeah, but what are we gonna do to him?"

"Okay, so the plan is that we-"
