My Visitor

"Julia Thomas, I'm happy to see you again."

Ally looks at me, 'again' written all over her face. I shrug. 

"I don't know you." But I look at him more closely, I do know him. 

He was my best friend in my old pack. 

"Cody Cooper."

Cody smirks, "So you do know me." 

"What did you come here for?" Getting to the point. 

"Pushy. Julia, I came to ask you to come with me."

"Where?" 

"To New York, I'm asking you to be mine."

What the fuck?! "I'm mated with the most powerful Alpha. I don't think I should. Even if I wasn't mated, I'd still not go with you. But I am mated and I love him very much. So if you can leave now that would be greatly appreciated."

"Julia, please you don't know what you're doing." Cody pleaded.

"I know very well what I'm doing." 

"I'm saving you. Your sister has a very evil plan."

My jaw drops in shock, "Rebecca." I whisper. 

"Yes, she wants something."

"What does she want?" Ally steps in. 

"Revenge."

"From?" I ask confused and slightly scared. 

"Remember when you stole her boyfriend?"

"I didn't steal her boyfriend! Nalo broke up with her and started hitting on me! I didn't even like him!" I defend myself. 

"I think you should leave." Ally spoke pushing Cody out the door. 

"But-" 

Then the door slammed in front of his face, cutting him off. 

I head back to my room and think what she would do. 

Then all my thinking stopped when I came down to two conclusions.

One, she was going to kill me. 

Two, Rebecca was going to take Lucas. 

There is only one flaw in each of those plans, Lucas. 

He wasn't going to let anyone touch me. Also Lucas loves me and wouldn't go with her. 

"Lucas?" I mind link him.

"Baby? What's wrong?" Lucas answers right away.

"Come here as soon as you can. Don't leave right now. I just need you here. I got a visit from an old friend and I need you here." 

"Okay baby. I'll come when I can." 

"Thank you. I love you." 

"I love you too." Lucas sounded worried. 

Then he left, I could no longer feel his presence.

~Lucas' POV~

"Come on Alpha Ben! My mate needs me! Isn't there any way I could do this another time?" I beg the Alpha of the pack I was training. 

"No, my pack needs you." 

"I've trained them enough. I'll come back later. I swear. Please." My voice breaks at the last word. 

"Lucas." He looks at me straight with those green eyes. "You may go. Mates are important." 

"Thank you." 

I run out of the room and shift into my wolf. I run, faster than Forest Gump, faster than I have ever ran before. 

"Can't you run faster?" My wolf yells at me. 

"Can it. I'm trying to get us to our mate."

It was getting dark. I should be there by morning. 

"Yeah yeah." Dylan mumbles. 

"Shut up Fuzzball."

"Only Julia can call me that." Dylan comments. 

"Oh really? Because last time I remember you getting mad at her for calling you that." 

I continue to talk to my wolf to keep myself company while I run to my Julia.
