Perri POV

I wake up content with my life. I look down to see Katie still asleep next to me. She looked so peaceful so I snapped a quick photo and posted it to my story. Not minuets later my DM's were flooded with people asking about her again but I felt a form of happiness because I knew I was going to tell Everyone today, people would finally know she was my girlfriend. I lean over placing a kiss on her forehead trying not to wake her up but it never worked. Her eyes slowly opened, "Sorry I didn't mean to wake you" I say quietly. "It's okay" she says with a small smile. She sits up pulling her hair out and running her fingers through it. I pull her in front of me and run my fingers through her hair before styling it into a plait. "Pass your bobble" I say to her. I tie the plait off at the bottom and snap a photo posting it with the caption 'not to bad if I don't say 😂'. "What do you think?" I ask smiling. "Not to bad" she says laughing as she feels down the back of her hair. "Hey I think i did a pretty Good job" I say hitting her arm playing fully.

"I'll let you change" I say standing up as I pull on a T-shirt. "Come down when your ready" I say smiling as I walk out the room. I walk down stairs and into the kitchen turning the kettle on. As I do this I see Barry at the back door scratching to get out. I open it up and watch him run about the garden whilst waiting for the kettle to boil. I head back into house and as I'm pouring the water in to the cups I hear small foot steps walking towards the kitchen. I turn round to see Katie walking into the kitchen with her phone in her hand. She was wearing black leggings and and oversized purple hoodie. I have to say she looked pretty cute. "Looking cute" I say smirking. "Thanks" she whispers looking down as I spot her cheeks become a slight rose colour. "Don't you have to be at rehearsals?" She asks as we sit and drink our drinks. "Yeah soon, are you going to come to the studio?" I ask. "I don't know" she says sighing. "Why? You can't sit on your own all day" I reply. "I won't be on my own, I'll have Barry" she say laughing slightly. "I'm not letting you be a hermit staying on your own, so your coming" I say my voice in a stern tone. I think she was going to protest but she shuts her mouth and doesn't say anything.

When we arrive Naomi is sat in reception talking to Dani. "Hey Katie" She smiles as she pulls her into a hug. "How are you?" She asks. "I'm good" Katie responds. Naomi and Katie decide to have a talk together whilst we were all rehearsing. I watched as she sat with Naomi and played with mimi and cass in the corner. She looked so happy like she had not a care in the world but in reality she had a loads on her mind.

Katie's  POV

As I was sat with Naomi and the kids in the corner playing my phone rings. "I'll be two minutes" I say standing up and leaving the studio. As I walk outside I answer the call. "Hello there I'm looking to speak to Katie Brown" she voice says. "Speaking" I reply. "Hello there, Sargent cooper here from Essex police, I'm calling to let you know that your farther has been caught and taken into custody" they reply. I take a sigh or relief as my heart beat increases. "We will need you to come to the station as some point in the next two days to give a video statement and hand in the video recording you took on your phone as evidenced for his court case" the Sargent says. "Okay Thank you" I say as my voice starts to break slightly. "We'll See you at some point in the next two days, I'll let you go now" she says as she hangs up the phone. I collapse down the wall taking a deep breath. This was finally over and I could move on with my life. "Katie?" I hear a male voice call from beside me. I look to be met by Perri's eyes as he crouches down to my height. "Why you crying?" He asks his face showing concern. "It's finally over" I whisper looking at him. He looks at me with confusion. "They caught my dad" i say as he sits next to me pulling me into his chest and hugging me tightly.
