The world goes silent. Henry can't breathe. His knees threaten to give up on him. The room is reeling, the tears are pouring furiously, blinding his vision.
What did he just do? How could he start a fight with his best friend? Especially when this was their last day together. How could he say all those messed up things to her!!! Charlotte of all people!!! Charlotte!!!! She was always there for him....how could he say such things.....how could....he hurt her like that......
His whole body begins to shake, he's sobbing loudly. He wants to jump out of his window and run after her and apologize, say a thousand sorries!!!! But he feels paralysed. The sobs keep coming, from somewhere deep within.
His knees buckle, he's on the ground. The first wail comes out. He doesn't recognized his own voice. Maybe its because he hasn't cried like this since he was kid.
The door suddenly swings open.P
