Personality (around new people): cold, quiet, spiteful, judgemental, short tempered, passive agressive
Personality (around friends or other faunus): rational, humorous, blunt at times, an overachiever, protective
Likes: silence, midnight flights, the stars, night, hunting (allows him to keep his draconic bloodlust in check), writing
Dislikes: lazy people, thunderstorms (becomes to dangerous to fly), being deprived of his quarry, his weapon being damaged.
Flaws: around new people he is quick to judge and often very blunt to the point of coming off as either an ass or uncaring, When entering his bloodlust state his mind becomes clouded making his actions semi-predictable in nature, he has a tendency to over think and over estimate his opponents often leading to collateral damage or overexertion.

Semblance: Blight burn - he can control the frenzy virus he emits primarily off his wing and use it in three ways, either as an explosive projectile, condensing it on a target with each attack before detonating it, or creating a fine mist around himself to afflict his enemies with blight burn. Blight burn weakens anyone afflicted by making their movements sluggish and saps their stamina away.
Semblance weaknesses: in order to use the full extent of his semblance, he has to have either his wing or enraged horns visible, meaning he would have to out himself as a rare species of faunus to do so. If he doesnt, the power of his semblance is weakened considerably. Furthermore should anyone infected land any significant attacks against William before they've reached full infection the effects will be inverted granting them vast amounts of stamina and enhancing their ability.
