Quirk's that are witnessed and perceived as villainous by the user can be added to the arsenal of the User. Quirk's in the user's arsenal can be used at any time given that the user remembers the first time they encountered this quirk (Eg. Bakugou used his quirk in front you in chapter three; if you forget that interaction, you cannot use his quirk until you recall that interaction). This rule applies even if you are unaware a quirk is in use. For those with mutant quirks you witness the person and quirk at the same time since their quirk is always in use.
Your perception is a key component on whether or not a quirk is added to your arsenal. Whether or not you view a quirk as villainous is affected by the nature of the quirk, the way its user utilizes it, as well as the user's personality. Your perception of a quirk can change on a dime both disallowing and allowing for you to use a quirk.
Quirks currently in your Arsenal :
Name: Assassins Agenda
Type: Transformation
Description:
Allows user to increase their speed and reaction time when locked onto a target. Without a target in mind, the quirk cannot be used. This quirk also allows for this user to track their target (Eg. if your target is Mineta and he is located two rooms from you; you feel the need to instinctively walk in that direction. Kind of like hot and cold)
Name: Witch (Hazel's Quirk)
Type: Mutant
Abilities granted by the Witch quirk:
- Telekinesis ( at this point your only capable of moving 100 to 200 pounds at a time)
- potion-making (they are used similar to power-ups)
-The ability to fly on broomstick-like objects. You can also summon your broomstick in the same fashion as Mjolnir; the broomstick will go directly to wear you are. (you can't use this ability yet)
- the ability to name yourself a familiar. A bond has to be formed with the animal in question before you are able to name it as your familiar. Naming an animal your familiar grants the animal a portion of your power, intelligence and self-awareness (familiars are able to act as their own person). (Eg. Kiyoshi as the familiar of Hazel, is able to make potions, fly a broomstick as well as use telekinesis).
Name: Predator
Type: Mutant
Description:
User has enhanced vision, hearing and smell. User has long claw like fingers which can be used as weapons. User also has night vision.
Activation vs. Use
Activation of Villain's Delight causes the user to immediately take on the physical attributes attached to the Quirk activated. (Eg. Activating Bakugou's quirk would cause you to sweat nitroglycerin until you deactivate it)
Use refer's to when you are actively using the Quirk( Eg. Using Bakugou's quirk would ignite your sweat causing the explosions)
Basically last chapter when you attempted to use Bakugou's Quirk you activated it moments before using it. You wouldn't have produced the nitroglycerin needed to set off the explosion, hence the lack of reaction when you attempted to use it.
Most quirks do not need to be activated prior to their use. It is also important to note you are usually completely unaware of how the quirks you add to your arsenal work.
You can only activate five quirks at a time. You can use two Quirks at a time. Both are subject to change as you get stronger.
