Sitting with my therapist every other day was one of the most painful parts of my week, because I would always end up crying my heart out, or being emotionless like a vegetable.
It has been a month since the accident Angela my younger sister seemed to be doing way better than me after everything. She was never really closed to our parents after going to college. I on the other hand was the closest, they were like my best friends.
Sometimes I wonder if we had been a normal family, small home maybe a pet dog and hard working parents would everything be different? But we were far from normal Dad was the second generation of top lawyers in Russia. He was the only child so everything, came to him and I was next in line. We were also a part of the Russian mafia, but took care of the legal business. Being in this line, ment you would send some powerful people to jail which also ment they would always look for the opportunity to get back at you.
{Flashback}
Like our typical Wednesday's we would always go and visit my grandmother and then stop for coco at our favorite Cafe. Angela was at college so it was mom and me. A trailer lost control and smashed into our car, I was in the hospital for two weeks.
I wake up to find out that the woman who raised me with so much love was gone. The hardest part started after the funeral when everything in the house reminded me of her, her favorite couch or coffee mug, how she used to keep everything in her closet organised by color.
Dad did not show it but he was hurt the most. After some digging we found out that the accident was a setup up by one of the CEO dad sent to jail for money laundering and murder.
After everything I haven't left home for anything the therapist and my best friend Stacy would come over. But I just couldn't think of leave the house it was like my room became my personal shield from everything outside. In the past I used to go and help dad at the office learn stuff, before I take over after him but now I was just numb nothing more nothing less.
