Chapter 13

"are you done with the meeting?" taehyung asked someone on his phone.

"yeah took longer than usual Thanks to someone who decided to skip"

"take a break and Come home. Tell your secretary to clear your schedule for today and tomorrow, you've been working for two straight weeks"

"I'm coming right now then, there is that boring party that I would do any thing to get away from"

Taehyung hummed and hung up and looked at the clock indicating 01:07pm

"hoseok is coming" Tae announced to jimin and yoongi who were seated on the sofa and sorting out some papers. Namjoon had left after helping jungkook arrange clothes and jungkook was on his phone playing piano tiles.

After an hour or so, they all heard the door opening and in came a loud voice "hey ya losers"

Jungkook turned back at the familiar voice to notice jhope standing inside the house.

"J-HOPE??"

"SEAGULL??"

"DON'T CALL ME THAT" jungkook bit back

Jhope laughed it off and jungkook asked "wait you're hoseok? Oh so your the other ceo of vantae Corp? Holy shit world's so small"

"yeah.. Wait why are YOU here?" hoseok asked

"you guys know each other?" jimin asked

"how do you know each other?" yoongi

"why do you know each other?" taehyung asked.

"we met cuz yugyeom set us up on a blind date once. But we're cool, we're actually just best buddies" jhope answered.

"yugyeom? Your secretary?" taehyung asked, he wouldn't say he wasn't jealous, he was slightly, but he admitted they're buddies and what is there to question? He trusts hoseok

"yeah yugyeom. He's my friend and it just so happened-- wait!" jungkook turned shocked, "you 4 are childhood friends??"
All four nodded

jungkook looked at jhope and glancing at jimin as he slightly blushed and no one noticed, but he mumbled 'yellow?'

"smol??" he then asked jhope. Who seemed a little sheepish.

When they first met they were not at all interested in each other that way. They were like brothers for some reason and they quickly became friends. So when the ice was broken between them, as they were talking once, jungkook asked if he ever had a crush on someone.

Jhope said that he and his friend likes someone. He didn't mention the name. But he said that he and his friend, both, like a guy and that guy is the smallest in the group and they never fought for him, instead they decided to compromise. _I don't know if I should call this a love triangle? So jhope and suga likes alex, and Alex likes suga and jhope and is confused. Jhope told me that they will support alex's decision in whoever he chooses one day, and if he chooses both they wouldn't mind. Aww that's so cute. Should I help Alex hyung? I probably should help him realise his feelings_

"you seem to be in a daze?" taehyung asked.

"huh? Oh its just.... Nothing" he mumbled and after an hour of all of them chatting about the younger's mafia, jungkook decided to get ready to go to the museum

He came out of the room wearing a pink hoodie and black jeans, a mask and his usual blonde wig cuz he is going from this house and if ever there were any spies he shouldn't get caught.

He went towards taehyung who was checking for any sign of people outside through the cameras fixed outside the house. They both got on the car and entered the underground tunnel that outside of the area.

"wait why didn't you come through this tunnel when we first came?" jungkook questioned

"what are you talking about? We came the same way, you slept like a baby when we did" taehyung smirked.

"ohh...." jungkook hummed as he was slightly embarrassed at the fact that he slept and didn't remember anything.

And now that was unexpected for taehyung. His bold self off with a sheepish one. It was just really cute. He just smirked at jungkook and turned his head back to the road.

They finally arrived at the museum and jungkook entered the museum without a pass and no one questioned him. He went in and looked around then they both heard a ping from Jungkook's phone, a message sent by James asking if he had arrived safely and telling him to send a Pic to confirm.

"your dad's overprotective, huh?" taehyung chuckled

"I know right? Its okay though"

He stood in front of a plain wall and took a selfie and then he heard a tour guide with a badge speak "please refrain from taking pictures of artwork"

"but I just took a selfie" jungkook reasoned

"I know" the guide smirked

"oooohhh~ you smooth af" jungkook laughed totally forgetting a taehyung who was filling his tub with jealousy

When jungkook saw taehyung stand next to him he introduced the tour guide as 'noah' and he was the one they were here for.

"nice to meet you Mr.noah" taehyung said with a fake smile and firm handshake

"nice you meet you Mr?" Noah asked

"Kim. Call me Mr.kim" he said with a smirk and dark eyes, an evil mischievous glint, clearly knowing that this 'Noah' understood who he was.

"o-oh Mr.kim what brings you h-here?" Noah stumbled searching for the right words.

Taehyung just shrugged, his eyes traveled towards jungkook who seemed to be on his skystick.

"oh right jungkook I think you might have already heard about the mission. This time you have to go a club, and get a pendrive. Its the pendrive that you designed for us, this guy has it, he might have trouble getting information out of it, but he made no moves. I think he has an ulterior motive."

"have a picture?" jungkook asked

"yeah but Just the back profile" Noah answered

" 'kay, send it to me later, I'll just go mope around"

"here? You've been here a dozen times!" Noah said with a slight laugh, but he unconsciously stopped as soon as he saw taehyung with dark eyes.

"I know. See you then! Bye bye" jungkook said smiling and started walking, but when he saw taehyung didn't even seem to move, he went back and pulled him by his sleeve.

Taehyung didn't make a sound as he was dragged, he only thought about how much control jungkook has over him that he would have slapped him, it it were anyone else.

Its like he can't say no to those eyes. Maybe he doesn't understand it much but he can't deny that he fell for those eyes. His big brown doe eyes that glow like a perfectly tampered chocolate.

Maybe he didn't like the idea of dating or having a future with someone, but if it was jungkook he would gladly take up the chance.

After sometime of going around the place and jungkook showing him an old model gun that made him interested in guns and exiting the building, jungkook said he was hungry so they decided to go to the nearest place to order take out pizza and hamburger.

Taehyung was walking to the car, behind jungkook as he saw how jungkook skipped and how his fluffy hair would bounce everytime he did. And when he ate how he would let out a very tiny moan at how good the food was, and his doe eyes would water and his nose becomes red when the food was spicy, and he would flap his hands when it was cold, and how he just exists.

There is no denying, I like him...
