Everyone's scared of something (Scared shirouxfem!reader)

Shirou's point of view:

-'this thunder storm is very annoying'
I could not sleep do the constant crashing of lightning every time it shook the earth.I turning into my beastmen form due to protective instincts but it still did not help me but only made the sound worse.I hated the lightning storm due to the horrid memories it brought back all those centuries ago.I sat up on my couch and started to whimper due to frustration and some other weird feeling I could not pin point.It made my heart beat faster and gave me a sick feeling.I just sat on my couch lost in thought when I suddenly hear the door open.I turn to see who it was that would come in at this hour.
-"Are you alright Shirou?"

Your point of view:

*CRASH* (my lightning sounds suck lol)

I was awoken by a huge crash of lightning from outside.I look at the time to see it is 12:43 p.m.Sense I was only in my bra and underwear I put on a pair a shorts sense I did not feel a need to cover my bra.I walk down the hall to us the bathroom but when I was walking past Shirou's room I hear faint sounds of whimpers.I was worried that he might of hurt himself or was having a nightmare so I open the door to check on him.The door was opened enough now to see shirou sitting on his couch with his head in his hands.I open the door all the way drawing shirou's attention onto me.
-"Are you alright shirou?"
I ask him walking towards him to sit down on the couch.
-"Yeah"
He says moving over for me to sit down. He looks down from my face to my exposed bra causing him to grow a blush on his face.
-"What's wrong you look warm?"
I touch his forehead to check his temperature but he turns his face from my direction.
-"Nothing I said I am fine"
He says still turned away from me.
-"Well obviously not cause you are whimpering and are in your beastmen form so start talking"
I tell him turning his face towards me forcing him to look me in the eyes.He gives out a defeated sigh and turns his body towards me.
-"Fine it's just because I don't like lightning storms they bring back memories I am not very fond of."
-"Is that why you can't sleep?"
He nods his head and looks forward away from me still with a blush on his face.I grab his head and pull it on to my chest startling him and lay down.
-"W-what are you doing?!"
He asks blushing terrible because of his face being on my exposed chest.I start to rub his head with one hand and rubs his back with my other.
-"My mother would do this for me when ever I was scared or could not sleep"
I tell him continuing to rub his back and head.I feel him relax his body and feel something bumping my leg.I look down to see Shirou tails waging every time I rub behind his ear.
-"I'm not scared"
He says frustrated but still relaxed as he closes his eyes.
-"It's okay to be scared everyone is scared of something."
I tell him starting to scratch behind the ear making him wag his tail faster.
-"Well someone's happy"
I tell him as he looks up at me and turns his head embarrassed.He looks outside the window watching the rain pour down onto the glass.Another crack of lightning and the bright flash cause him to let out a whimper and lay his head back down onto my chest for comfort.
-"I guess your right"
He admits closing his eyes and starts to fall asleep.I let out chuckle and hold his head while I lay mine down on the arm rest.I look out the window one more time before letting the embrace of sleep take me.

Third person point of view:

Both of you fall asleep hugging each other.Melissa was outside the door watching you two the whole time.She smiles at the sight of you guys peacefully sleeping together and closes the door.
