Third person:

-'I been alive for 3,000 years and yet I still can't grasp the reality of it all'
It was the 10th anniversary of Anima City and there was about to be a huge festival soon.You were sitting on top of the stadium looking down into the pitch plank floor waiting for any sign.You look up a bit due to a silver light shining from the corner of your eye.Shirou could be seen also looking down watching the emptiness as well.You've know shirou was the silver wolf for 400 years now from run ins with him.The both of you worked together to protect Anima City but you had a different reason than him.You never told anybody that the real reason you protect Anima City is because you want to see integration between humans and beastmen.Obviously you could not tell Shirou because he would lose all trust and respect for you which you found a bit bias.Sounds if foot steps could be heard echoing throughout the stadium.A small figure with a robe on walked in but you could not note anymore details about them from how dark it was and the distance.They looked up at Shirou who looked back at them but he ran off quickly after being seen.Soon after hundreds of beastmen in wolf masks come walking out of the dark tunnels signaling that the festival will start.Not even moments later the bright shine of light and loud firework noises filled the night sky as everyone cheered and laughed.You could now see that the hooded figure was a tanuki girl with brown fur and blue hair.
-"Why does she looked so familiar?"
Transforming back into a beastmen(you were in you "shiny" form like shirou) you jumped down in the stadium making your way towards her.You were 20 feet away finally recognizing where you saw her from.You just stood there perplexed not believing your own eyes.
-"T-that can't be she died years ago?"

Flash back time...

-"HEY NINA!!"
You yell running over to your friend grabbing water from the well(this is like the B.C).
-"HI (Y/N)!"
Nina walks towards you and gives you a hug.She was a raccoon with gray fur,white muzzle,and light blue hair(you guys see what I did there 😏😂).
-"How have you been doing lately I have heard there are new girls that came to the village?"
Nina asks holding the water buck in in her arms walking back home.You walk beside her sense you go in the same direction to fish.
-"I been very well I caught a big fish yesterday and I also talk to the new girls we met at the river!"
-"Really what are they like?!"
-"Well both of them are black squirrels and they are very nice they said they moved here due to their parents kicking them out because of age or something"
-"Hm it sounds like you like them more than me"
Nina says puffing out her cheeks turning her head away.
-"What no it's not like that it's just that they were very kind to me that's all you will always be my best friend no matter what!!"
-"HAHA YOU SHOULD SEE YOUR FACE RIGHT NOW"
Nina starts laughing at you while you looked down embarrassed.
-"I was just joking of course I know that and if that ever changes you'd be the first person I'll come after!"
She shives your shoulder catering you to tumble a bit.You both laugh and continue walking to her house.Once you arrive she waves goodbye and goes inside leaving a blushing mess.

FLASH BACK OVER...

You tumble back a bit trying to calm down before the tanuki girl starts to run in a different direction.Sprinting after her
trying to keep her in your sights due to the fear of never seeing her again.

2 hour later brought to you by time 😎...

You spent the next 2 hours following her until you see a mink beastmen stop her.Hiding behind a banner you watched them trying your best to understand what there saying by there lips sense you were to far away to hear the conversation.You attention then goes to a yellow monkey beastmen sneaking up behind her moving his hand around in your tail.You start to walk towards them before the tanuki looks around and start chasing him which you immediately sprinted after.They head towards the large TV(don't know what they are called).She stops and looks around allowing you to catch up.
-"Are you okay?!"
You ask her panting a bit,she turns around shocked to find out she was being followed.
-"Yeah it's just that my wallet was stolen"
-"Sorry to heat that let me see if I can find the criminal"
Both of you look around not being able to spot anything except a wolf beastmen worker on one of the pillars which you found suspicions but chose to inhibits it due to your current problem at hand.
-"Damn it!"
The tanuki punches the beam soon followed by an explosion on another beam causing the TV to fall.Everyone began to scream and run away trying to get out of the way.As the area started to clear you spotted an old goat beastmen still underneath the danger zone.The tanuki ran to him and started to push him but you could tell they weren't going to make it.Being quick on your feet you reach them just in time to push all three of you from under the TV.You shot up to see where you guys were sense your had your eyes closed.You hear a groan below you and jump off of a dizzy tanuki.
-"Sorry are you okay?"
She sits up and looks up at you.It takes her a moment to process what you said due to the wind still being nocked out of her.
-"Yeah just a little head ache is all"
Suddenly you see Shirou come from behind her and pick her up by the jacket.
-"Were you the one who ruined the festival?"
-"What no it was not me I bumped the beam a bit with my fist"
-"That would not cause an explosion"
-"Yeah of corse not which is why I said it was not me"
He eyes the tanuki suspiciously while beginning to smell the air.He puts her down and looks back towards an alley way.
-"Sorry I have miss understood the situation (Y/N) come on"
With that he runs to the alley way and disappears leaving you with a confused tanuki.
-"Sorry about that he is always like that but anyways good luck with finding your wallet"
-"It's okay and thank you"
Before the tanuki and you could go your separate ways you forgot to ask her something very important.
-"Hey...
