Aurora had spent most of the day just aimlessly wandering around the pack although never too far in case she got lost. She had wanted to hopefully meet some people who were you know, nicer than Luca and Mick but sadly anyone she had spotted had either glared at her or straight up growled at her.

They really didn't like outsiders it seemed. Everyone here seemed so friendly and warm to each other but to her it was a whole other story.

A highlight of her day was a phone call from Sephy where they both aimlessly chattered about nonsense. She of course had a lot of questions about Feroce Lupus but Aurora knew in her heart that it would be unwise to tell her friend too many details about the pack.

She trusted Sephy with her life but her loyalties now lay with her new pack, and trading information between packs was not something that was done. It was considered dangerous in case war broke out and then the information could be used. And seeing the attitude of the people here, she just knew it would be a bad idea especially if anyone got wind.

Everyone back home seemed to be getting on fine, apparently they were all busy with preparations for her little niece or nephew and Nelly's imminent change. She hadn't expected much else from her family, they were always busy and since Rory was the least problematic one of the lot it was natural her parents had to pay the least amount of attention to her—now even more so that she was gone and getting on with her life.

She hadn't seen Harry again since seeing him at training, and nor did she see Gio, Mick or Luca. She wondered if perhaps they were all together somewhere. The territory being so vast she truly could not find them so ended up returning to the house as it neared dinner time.

The pack house was slightly louder than last time as she pushed the heavy wood door open and stepped inside. She could hear the tinkling squeals of a small child coming from the living space and a woman's voice cooing. Aurora figured this must be Alessandro's family. Her heart jumped slightly at the prospect of meeting other people since her last encounter that morning hadn't exactly been the most pleasant.

Stepping into the living area which she hadn't been before she was surprised to see how big and relaxed looking it was. There was a large flatscreen TV against the wall and a big sofa directly opposite. Further down the other end of the room there was an empty space and weirdly a punching bag hanging from the ceiling.

Before she had time to even react a little child probably around the age of one or two hobbled out from behind the sofa on unsteady legs. An excited scream escaped the little girl as she came charging towards Auroras legs where she bumped into them before promptly falling onto her nappy covered butt. Aurora bent down in a rush expecting the child to burst into tears but the little girl instead started clapping and giggling.

"Sorry about her, she's a bit mental." A accented voice spoke making Aurora snap her eyes away from the little doll in front of her to a stunning woman walking towards her. "I'm Ilara, and that little mong is Mia." She said smiling pleasantly. The girl was incredibly beautiful with her sharp ginger hair and clear blue eyes.

Aurora smiled nervously. "No don't be silly, she's adorable. I'm Aurora but my friends call me Rory, it's nice to meet you." Ilara smiled cheekily bending down and swooping Mia up into her arms making her squeal in happiness.

"So, mated to the king of the castle huh?" She said with a wink as she nodded to the sofa indicating for her to join her as she settled down. Ilara settled Mia down to watch TV switching some cartoons on to keep her occupied as she turned to face Rory with a conspiratorial grin. "Bet that was gobsmacking."

Aurora smiled a little as she realised the accent was British. She recognised it from her many TV shows she'd seen. She'd never actually met a Brit in her pack as people didn't tend to really travel to or from her pack.
