i walked back into the door of the small home on 48th street .
" got the milk " I say placing it on the table .

i alreadly kinda of had a idea on what my ma was tryna talk to me about . stepping out the shower (&&) i throw on some leggings (&&) a tank top .
i put my clothes in the laundry basket (&&) head down the stairs .. " yes ma ? " i ask tiredly .
she looks at me (&&) looks back at aunt ruth giving her a approving nod . " follow me outside baby " she says quickly walking outside.
i follow her outside . " yes ? " i ask .
" baby i need you to leave " she says " i need you to get out my house idc where you go "
my eyes turn glossy " fuck yall " i say running in the house " fuck all yall " i yell out running up the stairs (&&) quickly packing my shit in a suitcase .
i always want to go Los Angles so i had saved up since last year ..i worked at the corner store making $11 a hr .
