Chapter 4

(Y/N) POV-
"(Y/N)!!" My brother yells throwing the door open. You'd think I'd be used to stuff like this since it's been happening since I was 5 or 6, but no. I scream, bang my head on the piano keys, and fall back onto the floor. "Ow! You're so mean!" I yell rubbing my head as I sat up. "And you're always sleeping in, Kiyoko's waiting for you again," He said before walking out.

~Time Skip~

It's the middle of the school day and I have a headache from banging my head so much. First I got a book thrown at my head yesterday, then I smashed it into piano keys this morning, and then I fell on the floor and hit my head. Kiyoko said she has to do something with, Yachi, I think her name was. She's the new manager on the volleyball team and Kiyoko is going to teach her more about it I'm pretty sure, so I shall eat lunch on my own.

I walk around until I find a tree to sit under well I eat my lunch. I sit down and get my lunch out. I eat it silently by myself until I feel something touch my arm. I jump slightly, and look over to my side. Beside me is Tanaka. "Hey (Y/N)," He smiles at me. "Hey?" I say, confused as to why he's here, and where's the tiny one?

"So, can we walk you home again tonight?" He asks me. "I guess, if you want to," I say, knowing they only really want to walk Kiyoko home. "I have a question," He says, "Why do you always get so scared?"

"I just do, I guess," I shrug slightly. He nods his head in response. "Oh, okay, well I'll see you after school," He gets up and walks off. "I guess I'll probably have them asking me that everyday now," I mutter to myself as I finish my lunch.

"Ah Ha! I found you!" I hear someone yell, making me jump slightly, once again. I turn my head to see Nishinoya pointing at me. "If you're going to ask if you can walk me home, Tanaka already asked, and I said it was fine," I tell him. "Oh, Okay, see ya later (Y/N)," He says running off as well with a smile on his face.

~Time Skip~

Kiyoko told me that the boys would be practicing later today. I was just going to stay in the old music room the whole time but after about an hour or two of playing the piano I figured they would almost be done, so I started to pack up. I walked out of the school and towards the gym that they practice in. I'm being brave, at least that's what I'm telling myself. I've already talked to two new people which was scary but not as scary as I thought it would be, so I'll sit outside of the gym and wait.

I sit and wait until I hear the gym door open. I stand up and grab my bag and wait for Kiyoko. A short ginger walks out first and looks at me, and a taller darker haired boy walks out and bumps into him.

"Why are you stopping?" He asks, seeming annoyed. 'I should have just waited. Why is he starring at me?' I thought to myself, starting to panic a bit. "Hey, you're the girl that took Kiyoko's bag," he said, "Or was it yours?"

"I-it.." I stuttered a bit stressed out. 'Okay (Y/N) let's do this, just talk, ya, just talk,' I think to myself. "It was actually my bag, we accidentally switched them," I say holding my breath slightly.

"Oh," He said seeming to understand now. "I told you it was hers," the taller one said shaking his head. A few more people walk out and look at me but walk past. Kiyoko walks out with a short girl, who I'm guessing is Yachi. "Oh, (Y/N), have you been waiting long?" Kiyoko asked.

"No, not long actually," I said, giving her a small smile. "This is Yachi, the new manager, Yachi, this is (Y/N)," Kiyoko introduces us. "It's nice to meet you," She said quickly, seeming nervous.

"Nice to meet you as well," I offer her a small smile. She seems nice, maybe we could be friends. "Oh, (Y/N) I thought you would be in the music room," I hear Nishinoya say as he walks out of the gym. "Ya, we weren't expecting to see you waiting," Tanaka says following Nishinoya. "I thought I would try something new," I say giving them a small smile.

"Well good for you," Tanaka says patting my head slightly.
