Chapter 21
Niall's POV
I decided to take Lily shopping. Hoping it will take her mind off what happened this morning. And because she didn't bring anything but her phone charger and purse. "Why don't you have a look in that shop over there, I just have something I need to do." I say. Lily gives me a curious look before doing as I asked. While I was holding her hand I managed to slip off one of her rings. Hopefully it will be the right size.

We both got home late afternoon, both tired and warn out. I pull her down on to the couch with me, wrapping myself around her. What am I going to do when her Mum gets here? I don't want to let her go. She is all mine now, no one else's! I don't want to live without her. The last month has been hell for both of us. I can't go back to living everyday waiting for the phone call to say something bad has happened to her or that she is leaving me! It's just to hard. "Niall? Why are you crying?" I hadn't realised I was until she spoke. "Because I don't want to let you go, I can't loose you again" I say sobbing my heart out. "I will always come back for you. There is no one else of rather be with than you" she gives me a small smile before bring me into a tight hug. My head rests on her chest. I can hear her heart beat, I love this sound. I calm down and turn to face Lily. "Lily I love you and I don't want to live without you so ummm..." I don't finish my sentence until I am on one knee in front of her. I fish through my pockets for the ring I bought at the jewellers and hold it up. "This isn't a proper proposal but I want this to be a promise ring. I promise to love no other but you and ill always be there for you. Maybe not in a physical state but in your heart. And one day maybe I will be proposing to you and we live happily ever after but what do you say to this?" I look into her eyes desperate for a hint of anything other than shock. "Yes" I hear in a small voice. I don't believe my ears. "Sorry?" "Yes! I promise! I will love you forever and you will and are in my heart constantly!" I jump up into her arms and tackle her down into the couch. I almost forgot about the ring. " may I have you left hand please" she holds It up and I place the small silver band on her forth finger. And give back the one I managed to take off. She giggles when she sees that I was so sneaky. "You sneaky little thing you. How did I not feel you taking it off?" "Because I'm awesome" I rely before leaning in and smacking my lips to hers. We move in sync like nothing can stop us. She pulls away and smiles widely before getting up for the couch and leading me upstairs...

The next morning went by in a blur Harry, Eloise, Lily and I were all waiting in the lounge for the phone call to ask our address. We all clung to each other, the other boys thought it would be best to give us some space today and went to the movies.
🎶Lets go crazy, crazy, crazy till we see the sun. I know we only met but let's pretend it love...🎶 Lily's ringtone sounded through the whole house. "Hello, yup ok. We at 42 Norsh st. Bye" we all look at Lily eagerly waiting the verdict. "They will be here in twenty minutes. And for us to be ready straight away." I can see tears forming in her eyes again as she looks down at the ring on her finger and smiles slightly. I feel better knowing that it gives her comfort.
There was a knock at the door. I let go of Lily and went to answer it. As I opened it, I caught sight of three angry parents glaring at me. I opened the door wider for them to come in side. "Would you like something to..." "You don't get to speak!!" Yelled Lily's mum. "Get up now!" Yelled Eloise's Mum. The girls reluctantly did as they were told, picked up their bags and said their finial goodbyes. When Lily came up to me I was crying like a baby. Pulling her in for a tight hug I whispered " I will always come back for you, no matter where you go I will find you. This won't be for long. I love you and that's all that matters." I hear her cry even more. "I love you too Niall, always and forever." "Oh and I don't want you to hurt yourself anymore, if you even think about it again just think of me, of us" she nods her head in agreement. I give her one last long kiss. Who knows how long it will be before I can kiss her again. "That's enough both of you! We have a plane to catch. Now go get in the taxi" we break apart and just look at each other before she brings up her left hand and kiss the ring on it before turning around and heading out the door....
