-Your POV-
5:13 am
I looked out my bedroom window to see the tow truck pull in the driveway. I rushed downstairs and out the front door within a matter of seconds to greet not the truck driver, but the Aston Martin that is on the back of his truck.
"Hello"
The truck driver calls out as he climbs out of the cab to start lowering the trucks tray so he can unload the Aston. I look back at the door to see my mum waving to the driver with an unsure grin on her face, of course she's against me getting a car. I watch in amazement as the Aston is carefully pushed off the truck and into the garage, ready for me to fix it up and give it a nice finish."Thanks for bringing me the car"
I call to the driver as he raises the tray and waves goodbye as he enters the cab to drive off. Without a second thought I rush into the garage, shut the doors and get to work.~~~~~~
7:30am
It has been two hours and I have counted about fifty dents, fixed three major rust spots and have decided to have a break. I'll deal with the dents later as I need to remove some panelling and flatten the bonnet, which surprisingly is the worst area on the Aston. As I sit down on the dusty lounge to have some coffee, I notice a small pale glow coming from the headlights.
"What the"
I get up to go and inspect to see if the lights are on when the Aston transforms. I duck behind the lounge and grab the baseball bat I have hidden underneath it, peeking above the top of said lounge I look towards the once Aston Martin.
"What are you, you're not my car"
I slowly walk out from behind my safe spot and walk towards where the weird metallic creature sits, looking at itself in what I can only guess is disgust."My finish, I worked hard to buff myself before that mission"
It speaks, not realising I'm standing in front of it."Uh, hello"
I wave my hand in front of its face, only to have it raise a saw at me, well I think it is a saw because it was just a hand a few seconds ago."What's your designation fleshy"
"Designation, you mean my name or something else?"
"I suppose you fleshies go by a name don't you"
"Firstly lower the saw, secondly my name is Y/n not fleshy, thirdly I found you in a junkyard"
"A junk yard, why the frag was I in a junk yard. Surely, I succeeded in my mission to retrieve the relic"
"Mission? What relic, ok now you're confusing me"
"My designation is Knockout, I am the Decepticon medic"
"Decepticon, oh yeah I think I heard about you"
"Wait you have heard about the Decepticons. I have to take you back to the Nemesis with me"Knockout goes to pick me up by the back of my shirt before stopping. I look at him and notice the dent on his chest, one of the bigger fifty-something dents I counted in the last two hours.
"I can try and buff it out, I was going to get the dents out somehow after my coffee break"
His eyes follow me as I walk over to the bench and grab the buffer off the wall and dent kit out of the cupboard. I walk towards Knockout and sit the tools on the floor."This'll be easier as a car, I aint used to working on robots"
"Fine, but only this one-time"Knockout transforms back into the Aston that I fell in love with at the junk yard. Grabbing a plunger and some soapy water out of the kit I start to remove the smaller dents before moving onto the bigger dents on the bonnet.
~~~~~~
10:05am
I have finally managed to remove the last giant dent on his front bumper. Sitting the dent kit down I go to grab the buffer, realising I might as well do a respray on the rusted areas before I polish anything. I walk over to my paint cabinet and grab a bright cherry red touch up paint pen, I go back to Knockout to clean the repaired rust areas to paint over with the pen.
"Right, now we just gotta wait for the paint to dry, shouldn't take too long, sun's shinning"
No reply."Actually, I should take you outside, nice day for a fresh coat of paint to dry, well patches of paint"
I open the driver's door to push Knockout outside, almost falling over as he drives out himself."Hey careful, you're supposed to not be running because I haven't repaired your engine"
All I get in response is a low rumble of his engine before he turns it off. I walk over to the front door to get some breakfast.
