I went back to writing because I was so stressed from all the losses I've had this year. It's tough, but I think I'll be okay. Anyway, here is a story you'll like.
"Don't worry about a thing, 'cause, every little thing is gonna be alright!"

The pain was nonstop, it felt like my whole body's about to wither. My head ached constantly, and my eyes were droopy. I shut my eyes close again, wanting to escape from the unbearable discomfort I was in.
'Peter,' a feminine voice said. 'Peter! Wake up.'
'What?' I grunted in annoyance. 'Who are you?'
'Ugh,' the voice said with disgust. 'Get up, get up.'
I pulled my body up with effort while my eyes remained closed. I heard clicking on the side and sounds which disturbed my state rang in my head.
Who is playing this bizarre music in the morning? It was crappy loud and all I could hear was literally screaming. Forcing my eyes to open, I rolled on the bed to the other side. I saw Jenna. She's wearing her bright pink apron as she washed the dishes stacked on the sink.
'Jenna, why is this so loud in the morning?' I shouted along with the loud music.
'It's not morning, it's already three in the afternoon,' she said, completely focused on finishing the dishes. 'I've been trying to wake you up since earlier, but you were so peaceful. Since, you woke up late, I prepared you your lunch and some painkillers.'
She bought me a small table to the bed with a plate and a glass on it. Bacon and eggs, great! I went ahead and devoured the food, my stomach seemingly unsatisfied with the portion that was consumed.
'Jenna, what happened last night?' I asked.
'What? I can't hear you.'
'Not with your blasting music, of course.'
I stood up and turned the player off near the wall.
'I said, what happened last night?'
'You can't remember anything?'
'Oh, I remember everything. It's just that I can't recall what happened after sitting beside you.'
'Oh, boy,' she laughed and slapped her thighs. 'You're never going to believe it. Oh, crap.'
'What crap?'
'I promised them not to tell you,' she scratched her head and avoided my gaze.
'Jenna,' I said, look at her seriously. 'What is it?'
'Well, after you fell asleep on my shoulder for five minutes, we woke you up and placed you somewhere less noisy,' she explained. 'But, when we got back there you were – uhh – drinking again, but this time you were dancing shirtless like a monkey.'
'Is that all?' I asked, believing that something was left out.
'Yeaaah,' she narrowed her eyes.
'Jenna, you just squinted. You're lying,' I said.'
'Ugh,' she groaned. 'Why do people leave me with secrets, fully knowing I don't like the responsibility of knowing them because of the burden it brings.'
'Spill.'
Jenna had already finished the plates as I unceasingly interrogated her. She took off her latex gloves and came forward with the reality as she sat down on the chair of her make-up table.
