I know some tips that may help you with this! We can do it!
~Put an ice cube in the zone you usually or want to self harm, put it 5 seconds then rest it, do the same thing for 5 minutes straight. It will help you!
~Put a rubber band on the zone you want to self harm and pull of it when you feel the urge to do it. It will help you a lot!
~Write. I know it sounds dumb sometimes, but writing helps too much! Vent your feelings in paper, or in your phone, just write what comes from your heart.
~Draw with a red pen in the zone you wanna self harm, if you need to see blood it will help you simulate the blood a lot!! It will help you, trust me.
