Breathe: There are ways to calm your anxiety
Know that your heart beating fast is a normal response of your body to a stressful situation or, your palms sweating and you don't feel your body, that's a symptom too! That's called anxiety, your normal body response to stressful situations. Here some tips to calm you down apart of breathing.
~ Practice focused, deep breathing: focus on your breathing, hold your breath for 5 seconds and then let it go slowly. Do this four times and you'll feel better.
~ Go for a walk even if in the neighborhood, it will help you to take air.
~Do yoga, at least for 5 minutes! It will help you to calm down.
~Write your feelings, it always helps. Write what it comes to your mind, write, without limits. Write.
