Mania may be hard to recognize, because you feel like you're good, you're too good!!
Here's some tips if you recognize it:
~Put your hands on cold water
~Put Ice in your whole hands
~Go to a place where you can't do anything, neither talk with someone. Just be empty of things.
~Go get some water or an apple instead of eating it all
~Take your meds even if it feels good to not take them. This is a very important thing, you gotta recognize that is mania and it has to be treated as it.
