Juliet walked into the classroom. Chloe had a doctor's appointment today so it was just her. She took her seat and waited for class to begin.
"Yeah, totally!"
Juliet's ears perked at the new voices. It was Marinette and Alya. "It'll be a blast!"
The two girls took their seats and conersed. "We'll make cookies, play dress-up!" They talked and Juliet listened.
She didn't have anything better to do so why not? "And I thought...maybe we'd call the boys and..." Marinette was blushing.
Alya smirked. "I like how this is going..." Marinette went to speak when there was another voice.
"And you're gonna tell Adrien of your undying love for him, right?"
Marinette froze. There was a laugh. "Oh, Mari! You're so obvious!"
Marinette growled. "Lila..." Said girl came out from behind the door.
"Yes, it is I! Here to grace your presence with sunshine and rainbows!" She gave a cheery smile. "Missed me?"
Marinette stood up. "Lila, get out! You don't even go here anymore!" She glared at the brunette.
Lila looked appalled. "Oh, how mean! Today is my first day back, didn't you hear? My mom sent me back here so I could model for Adrien's dad's fashion line!" She giggled cutely.
Marinette snarled. "Lila-" "Hey, girls!"
Marinette was cut off by another person walking in. "Adrien!" Lila ran up to the blonde and threw her arms around him.
"I missed you!"
Marinette glared daggers at the girl. Alya tugged on her arm. Marinette looked to jer friend and blushed.
Adrien raised an eyebrow. "Lila? What are you doing here?" Lila pecked his cheek.
"Oh, silly! Don't you remember! You promised me a job at your father's fashion line!" Mari was livid. Adrien looked at her perplexed.
"But I never-" "You're really the best, Adrien!" Lila pecked his cheek again and walked off and to the seat next to Juliet.
"I hope no one is sitting here," She said. Juliet shifted uncomfortably. "U-um, actually-"
"Great! Thank you so much!" Lila sat down and got her journal out. She started doodling mindlessly while stealing glances at Adrien.
It was obvious she liked him. Who didn't? Well, besides Juliet.
Not to say she didn't see him as a good friend. She just didn't see him as potential boyfriend material. And if Juliet was being completely honst, she didn't even look at boys.
She didn't know what she wanted. But when she saw girls drooling over boys she couldn't help but find it as a turn off. She just didn't find them interesting.
Lila hummed to herself. Juliet sat there blankly. Madame Bustier came in and started class.
"Today we'll be working on essays. Please get your tablets out."

Juliet gathered her things together. "I just love your blue hair! It's so cute!" Lila chirped beside her. Juliet let out a soft sigh.
"Thank you..." She went to exit the classroom when Lila caught her arm. "You know, I don't know how you stand Chloe. You should totally be my best friend instead!"
Juliet stopped. "I mean, she's just using you. You know that, right? That's why Sabrina left-" "Shut up."
Lila went wide eyed. "I'm sorry?" Juliet glared at her, a sudden ball of anger setting in her stomach.
