"WHAT!?!?" Momo, Alice and Kyu screamed in unison.

"Yes, that is true, the boy had O- blood type so he was able to donate the blood"

Momo was at loss of words, "Wha..............Why........."

Silence engulfed them as the doctor went out. No one knew what to say.

"Y-You've got a great friend Momo" Kyu finally said.

"H-He didn't e-even tell me....." Momo whispered.

"What was that Momo?" Alice asked.

"It's just that he didn't even tell me and acted that everything was okay and fine" Momo said a little bit loudly.

"He probably didn't want you to feel guilty and he acted normally to make you at ease. The fact that he didn't say anything makes him even a better friend" Alice replied

"B-But why? W-Why would he do it?"

"It's better if you ask him that Momo instead of us telling you that"

"I'm sorry to interrupt you people but visiting hours are over" a nurse opened the door and said.

"Well Momo, be sure to thank him and take care! We'll be here first thing in the morning!" Alice told Momo as she and Kyu exited the room.

Meanwhile:

As Izuku exited the hospital, he saw Toshinori coming towards the hospital and Izuku asked as he got close to him, "Hey All Might what are you doing here?" Unknown to him, Inko was right beside Toshinori who rushed towards Izuku, "IZUKU MY BABYYYYYY" she yelled as she hugged Izuku.

"I am fine mom, see?" Inko let go of Izuku and saw that her son was fine. Then she realized what Izuku just said a second ago "Toshinori, why did my son call you All Might?" she said suspicously. Izuku gulped 'Oh no' he thought and Ben wasn't helping 'You done messed up'

"Umm" Toshinori sighed and continued, "I think it's time I tell you. But once we've reached your home."

No one said a word during the whole car ride. When they finally reached home, Toshinori said, "Here goes nothing" and changed into All Might, "I am All Might!" he said and Inko fainted. "Oh no" Izuku said as he soon brought a glass of water and sprinkled some water on her. Inko opened her eyes to see that All Might was still there, "S-So you are A-All Might?"

"Yes" All Might said as he changed back to Smol Might and explained Inko about the injury and how he couldn't do hero work for more than 1.5 hours.

"Wait, so you trained Izuku. All Might trained Izuku......"

"Yes mom I know right! I was super excited too!!!! And now you two are dating!" At that comment Inko started blushing.

"Y-Yes we are" Inko said quitely as she looked towards Toshinori who just nodded in agreement.

"Inko, I also request you to keep my secret to yourself. And I also want you to act normally towards me like you always do."

"A-Alright" she replied

"Now Izuku, tell me all about your internship and how you fought Stain"
