Felix's pov: -

It's been 2 years since me and Rebecca are dating now. I became the next trustee of our college as my dad retired and Rebecca works with me as my secretary. I didn't want her to get any other job and I could also be with her all the time.

Finally, today is the day where I'm going to propose her to marry me. I've been planning this proposal for a long time but I just didn't get enough courage. I felt today was the best day to do it. I quickly pulled out my phone to invite her for the special date.

I smiled to myself and wore a suit. I called my friends to make sure if everything was proper. I wanted to make sure that everything would be perfect. I couldn't wait to see Rebecca's reaction.

Rebecca's pov: -

I wonder what's up with Felix. All of a sudden, he called me home. So, I decided to shrug of my thoughts and get ready.

I took a shower and ran up to my closet. I picked up a short pink lacy dress with floral design and paired it up with a white pair of heels. I just put a simple bracelet around my wrist. I curled my hair up and let it fall down to my shoulders. I decided to keep my make up light. Now I was done I looked up at my reflection in the mirror and a small smile grow on my face. I looked perfect. So, I decided to leave to go to his place.

I reached his house and the gates opened for me. The walk through in front of the door was filled with small candles at both the sides. It looked beautiful. I walked through the path which led me to his garden. There was a table full of chocolate with a note on it.

Your just as sweet as these chocolates.

My heart started to flutter as I read the note. I had a huge smile on my face. I wasn't sure of what was going on. So, I decided to walk further as the candles led me to a huge door. There was another table in front of the door. There was a huge bouquet of roses and a flip through note pad.

Babe you are the most amazing person I have ever met.

Without wasting more time, I opened the door in front of me. As I opened the door rose petals showered over me. I was standing there is complete surprise and awe. I couldn't quite understand what was all this about. As the petals were still showering on me, I could hear the piano play. I turned my face to see none other than Felix in front of me. He was playing the piano dressed up in his finest suit. I was in complete awe as I looked at him and made my way towards him. He then started singing while still playing while looking at me and smiling.

He sang as I was enjoying his sweet voice. I was completely drowned in that moment as tears started forming in my eyes. It seemed so magical and felt like my life just turned into a beautiful movie. I just couldn't imagine that Felix would come up with such an amazing surprise for me.

He then got up as the song ended and came up to me holding my hands in his hand. I had a huge smile on my face.

" Love you look so beautiful. I'm sorry for whatever I have done in the past. I was stupid that I couldn't see the beauty in you. Now I'm happy that I finally have you. You have changed me and made me a better person. Thank you for loving an idiot like me. I don't know what would I do without you. I'm so grateful that God send you to love me. You make me the happiest person I can ever be. I thought no one would love me for who I am but just use me like others but u proved me wrong. You loved me for who I am not caring about anything else. They are right when they say 'true love can make miracles' we had a rocky start but here we are today happily in love with eachother. I can't imagine my life without you anymore. I want you to make me more happier by accepting me. " He then got on his knees and pulled out a small purple velvet box from his pocket. He opened the box revealing a diamond ring. I gasped at the sight of it. As tears started falling from my eyes. "Would you like to spend the rest of your life with this idiot who loves you and will protect you and make you the happiest person? " Was the only thing that he said with eager waiting for me to say something. I was too happy and speechless at the moment so I just nodded a yes as tears of joy were still streaming down my face. He got up from his knees and slid the ring in my finger. I then wrapped him in my arms giving him a tight hug and he hugged me back. I broke the hug and pulled him into a kiss. I enjoyed every bit of that moment. I felt like the happiest person in the world.
